Wonderful two story townhome in a private, gated community with all amenities you'd expect while on vacation.
Newly renovated and remodeled unit.
Fully equipped kitchen and stainless appliances, large storage cabinets with pull outs. Granite counters etc.
Living room area with 60 inch flatscreen TV, DVD player and DVD library, karaoke machine, WIFI etc.., Sleeper (memory foam) sofa.
Dining area with seating for six. Patio area outside with table and chairs.
Very large Master bedroom with King bed (T&N memory foam) and futon/sitting area, closet and dressers. Flatscreen TV.
Guests room with Queen bed (memory foam) and futon. Walk in closet and dresser. Flatscreen TV.
Two bathrooms, one each floor both recently renovated.
Patio out back for green garden views and a palm / lemon trees etc. next to the patio..
Short stroll to the large community pool / clubhouse area and "beach"/dock .
There is good fishing for snapper from the dock, and you may spot a manatee or even a sea turtle!
Swimming and snorkeling is very good off the dock area – lots of tropical fish.
Beach area is technically not a beach as are most “beaches” in the Keys as it is based on limestone/coral rock. For a pure beach experience with small kids, we recommend the Founders Park beach next door (free).
Two minute walk to Founders Park with a nice and very kid friendly beach, wonderful large pool with slide and diving board, awesome sprinkler park for kids, sports courts and kids playground.
Close to numerous good restaurants, shopping, and water activities of all kinds from boating to jetski, to scuba diving and fishing or sunset cruises.
Our community is gated and has onsite 24 hr security.
No Smoking / No Pets are allowed.
We are from the Northeast and have been coming down here for over 20 years... We love the Keys so much we actually got married here, and try to get down here as often as possible. Our two kids love it!

We love the tropical feel of the area, the ambiance, the clear waters, the fishing, the restaurants, the sunsets, and Islamorada in particular is just so wonderful - it is very laid back but at the same time offers what you need and want in a vacation...After a few tough winters in the Northeast, we figured we wanted something to escape to with our two kids, something where memories could be made, so we purchased and renovated this place... We are happy that we are able to share this dream with you too!
The townhouse and complex is well situated - the complex has everything you want - pool, tennis courts, "beach", dock for fishing, BBQ area, playground etc. In addition, the large town park area called "Founders Park", with sports courts, nice beach, sprinkler park, large marina and huge pool with diving boards and a slide is located right next door to Executive Bay Club - virtually a three minute walk from the front door of our unit. Good waterfront restaurants and some shopping is also within walking distance, and the whole of Islamorada including great dining, watersports, charter or party fishing boats, etc are a short drive away. Good grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. also a short drive away.
Alexander's townhouse is beautiful, roomy and has been very nicely renovated. Loved the complex's pool, and trying to get a glimpse of manatees from the dock! Everything worked great and Alex was quick to respond to any request (I don't have any complaints!) and was a pleasure to deal with. The complex is conveniently located with tons of things to do in the area - snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, John Pennekamp marine park, 'Theater of the Sea', a movie theater, etc are all nearby. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning as soon as I can.
All I can say is WOW! I lucked into finding this gem. The description and pics of this property don't do it justice. Everything about it was comfortable. It has been recently updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals (when we weren't eating out!). The bed in the master bedroom was awesome. We slept almost as good as in our own bed at home. The addition of the outdoor table and grill will make the porch even more attractive. We had coffee there most mornings whenever the weather permitted, watching the squirrels play, listening to the birds sing, and watching the occasional lizard walk by. Loved the location next to Founders Park. Show them a copy of your rental agreement at the gate and you will get a pass that will get you into the park free for the length of your stay. Close to restaurants. Our favorite was watching sunsets at Lorelei's. I've never stayed anywhere for a whole month. Alex, the owner, made us comfortable from the start to the end of our trip. We already plan on returning next January and February! Thanks Alex for sharing your home with us.

NOTE: Payment through HomeAway/VRBO ONLY - NO personal or certified checks, no money orders, bank transfers etc. No return of deposit if cancelled within 60 days of rental start - unless we are able to rent it out again for relatively the same period/fee.
Note: $30 per day additional fee per person if more than 4 people.
We do recommend getting the VRBO renters insurance, we use that when we book via VRBO.

Please note that rentals are subject to a questionnaire to be filled out by prospective renters as well as community rules and regulations.
Check in at 4.30 PM earliest, but if we can accommodate earlier arrival (i.e. prior guests not checking out that day and cleaning required on the day you are checking in..), we will of course do so. Checkout is at 10.30 AM - and again, if we can accommodate later checkout, we will do so.
