Located in the beautiful and unspoilt resort of Puerto Pollensa a well appointed 1st floor apartment with spacious and comfortable accommodation for 4 persons. The apartment is in a small private block and has a large south facing balcony. It is 200 meters from the excellent beach and less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre.
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE DAYS: Booking is normally from Sat to Sat, but other arrival/departure days may be changed at normal weekly rates.

We stayed in Tony' apartment in Porto de Pollensa for a week in early June. Apartment was clean, well presented and met our needs more than adequately. We were accompanied by one of our daughters and our 12 month old granddaughter so it was important to us that everything was in place. Tony was very attentive and helpful, meeting questions and queries immediately.
We will return to Mallorca at some point soon. The area we chose is beautiful, the sea calm and shallow and the neighbourhood quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk took us to the promenade, the sandy beach and a wide choice of restaurants.

This lovely two bedroomed apartment was everything as described . Just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. The facilities at the apartment were top class. More than enough crockery, cutlery as well as the washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Even a hairdryer. The balcony was a superb place to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and even on the one day it did rain we were able to choose from the large selection of books and magazines supplied by the owner. The apartment was clean and towels provided for the beach as well as the bathrooms. We tried a different restaurant every night of the week and enjoyed the local fish and tapas on offer. Beds were very comfortable and there is air con should you require it. A few paintings in the apartment are for sale as these are created by Tony's partner. They were wonderful. Just a shame we could not afford one at the time. All in all a superb holiday apartment where the owner Tony has taken great care to ensure his guests have a wonderful time and we most certainly did. Recommend this accommodation very highly.
A very well equipped appartement in a perfect location. We were there as a 2+1 family attending the nearby located "Sail&Surf" sailing school and found a place here to feel comfortable. All electronic devices worked, including WIFI (free!!), washing machine, cooking stove, A/C. The A/C in all rooms is very comfortable, as you can cool down the sleeping rooms before night and then sleep with closed windows.
But keeping windows closed is not necessary, as the location is quiet (three rows from coastal road). Nevertheless we were only few steps away from the beach and from town with market, shops and restaurants.
Also a great feature was the large balcony. We never used the table insde for meals but spent most of the time when in the apartement at the table outside.
Just two very little points for the owner: Please spend one or two more glasses for softdrinks and perhaps an ashtray for the balcony (I did not smoke inside! :-) ) and tell your guests, how the key-safe works. (It was our first key safe and we saw this box without any hints and thought "oops? Where to pull, press or open?" But in the end, we got it.)
This is a clean well equipped apartment in a great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The area is quiet yet within easy reach of local bars and restaurants. Off street parking is provided.
We booked at the last minute and ideally would have liked a complex with a pool but having the beach so close helped.
Dealing with the owner was great as he is uk based and provided easy to follow instructions.
In context, this apartment was better equipped than the £3000 villa we stayed in the previous week!
Just a few minor gripes - the aircon unit in one of the bedrooms was faulty and struggled to cool the room; there were not enough tall glasses for soft drinks and beer!
Overall we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

This spacious and well appointed appartment is very fairly described in the listing. The property is well designed and built and is set in attractive gardens. No great views but a a large, sunny balcony. The apt has a fully equipped kitchen and modern washing machine; comfortable furniture, and 2 bathrooms. The agency is tucked away in the town, so print your Google map before you go! The sandy beach with safe swimming is an easy walk, and some good restaurants are nearby: Los Zarzales offers good value and a pleasing ambience with live music. Port de Polenca survives as a quiet, unpretentious resort; the attractive old towns of Polenca and Alcudia are a few kms away. The route to Cap de Formentor is scenic but beware the traffic and parking problems at the Cap itself. If you have an interest in galleries, then the Fundacion Yannick y Ben Jacober in deep countryside beyond Alcudia should not be missed.
Stayed at Encinas apartment for the 5th time in 6 years excellent base for a great holiday.
Pleasant, quiet situation a few minutes stroll from a great beach.The apartment is ideal for us with 4 adults and a child (cot organised by owner).
All the rooms are very spacious and the apartment well equiped and decorated.
The balcony is very big with a large table and chairs.
There is now an extra table and chairs in the kitchen should you wish to eat inside - can't think why you would do that mind you!
We comfortably had 8 for lunch on more than one occasion.
There are a couple of well stocked shops within a couple of minutes walk.
We are already looking forward to returning to Encinas next July...and maybe even sooner if we are lucky.
My apartment Encinas is in the much sort after location of Pinaret. A quiet residential area within easy walking distance (approx 200 meters) of the beach and village centre with many fine restaurants and shops. Also close-by is wonderful walking and cycling country. If you prefer public transport there exists an excellent bus service which links up to the whole Island and the railways.
Puerto Pollensa is at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range (now a UNESCO site) with its outstanding scenery and unique wildlife.
