Located in the beautiful and unspoilt resort of Puerto Pollensa a well appointed 1st floor apartment with spacious and comfortable accommodation for 4 persons. The apartment is in a small private block and has a large south facing balcony. It is 200 meters from the excellent beach and less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE DAYS: Booking is normally from Sat to Sat, but other arrival/departure days may be changed at normal weekly rates.

SPECIAL WINTER OFFER: 3 WEEKS FOR THE PRICE OF 2 WEEKS. Total price for 3 weeks from 31Oct 2012 to 26 Mar 2013 (excluding Xmas/New Year) to be charged as 2 weeks!

My apartment Encinas is in the much sort after location of Pinaret. A quiet residential area within easy walking distance (approx 200 meters) of the beach and village centre with many fine restaurants and shops. Also close-by is wonderful walking and cycling country. If you prefer public transport there exists an excellent bus service which links up to the whole Island and the railways.

Puerto Pollensa is at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range (now a UNESCO site) with its outstanding scenery and unique wildlife.

Good quiet location near to beach, shops and restaurants.

Very impressed with the apartment and like other reviewers loved sitting at the table outside to eat. The location was perfect for the beach, shops and restaurants plus we enjoyed the walk along the front. The only negative comments were that there were things missing that it said were included on the itinerary and it was a real problem getting into the main building every time because of the key/lock and this needs to be looked at. However we would stay again.

a well-furnished apartment in a quiet area, and ten minutes from the sea/beach.

A comfortable apartment with a good balcony with a table and four chairs. Ideal for breakfast and lunch. Apartment was clean on arrival. But three factors prevent a 5-star assessment.

The electricity was switched off at the fuse box; not easy if you arrive late at night.

There was no bottle of water to drink. There was no toilet paper or soap to wash hands.

Eventually found washing up liquid under the sink. We made full use of the dishwasher; tablets were supplied. Did not use the washing machine or the modern cooker. We appreciated the coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. A large screen TV had a satellite link and the main UK channels were available.

The apartment is in a quiet area except for dogs barking at night and daily hedge-clipping by machine. !

Ideal Location

This is our 16th visit to Puerto pollensa and yet again it does not disappoint, the apartment is a short walk from the beach and the port itself and also the large supermarket.

The apartment had all we needed, a good balcony , Air conditioning and a functional kitchen,The only negative was the small shower in the one bathroom, we were a party of 4 the youngest being 14, and so you had to find the correct position in the shower so you didn't bang your elbows whilst washing your hair,but having said that I managed to do it so had that bathroom all to my self ! .Some minor bits broken in the same bathroom, but that didn't detract from the apartment. We always go with an open mind we are on holiday and not living in the apartment, so for us it was perfect,lots of happy memories were made and good card tournaments into the late evening .Thank you Tony it was a joy.

Mallorcan Sunshine.

We stayed in Tony' apartment in Porto de Pollensa for a week in early June. Apartment was clean, well presented and met our needs more than adequately. We were accompanied by one of our daughters and our 12 month old granddaughter so it was important to us that everything was in place. Tony was very attentive and helpful, meeting questions and queries immediately.

We will return to Mallorca at some point soon. The area we chose is beautiful, the sea calm and shallow and the neighbourhood quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk took us to the promenade, the sandy beach and a wide choice of restaurants.

Peace and Tranquility

This lovely two bedroomed apartment was everything as described . Just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. The facilities at the apartment were top class. More than enough crockery, cutlery as well as the washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Even a hairdryer. The balcony was a superb place to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and even on the one day it did rain we were able to choose from the large selection of books and magazines supplied by the owner. The apartment was clean and towels provided for the beach as well as the bathrooms. We tried a different restaurant every night of the week and enjoyed the local fish and tapas on offer. Beds were very comfortable and there is air con should you require it. A few paintings in the apartment are for sale as these are created by Tony's partner. They were wonderful. Just a shame we could not afford one at the time. All in all a superb holiday apartment where the owner Tony has taken great care to ensure his guests have a wonderful time and we most certainly did. Recommend this accommodation very highly.

A perfect place for a small family

A very well equipped appartement in a perfect location. We were there as a 2+1 family attending the nearby located "Sail&Surf" sailing school and found a place here to feel comfortable. All electronic devices worked, including WIFI (free!!), washing machine, cooking stove, A/C. The A/C in all rooms is very comfortable, as you can cool down the sleeping rooms before night and then sleep with closed windows.

But keeping windows closed is not necessary, as the location is quiet (three rows from coastal road). Nevertheless we were only few steps away from the beach and from town with market, shops and restaurants.

Also a great feature was the large balcony. We never used the table insde for meals but spent most of the time when in the apartement at the table outside.

Just two very little points for the owner: Please spend one or two more glasses for softdrinks and perhaps an ashtray for the balcony (I did not smoke inside! :-) ) and tell your guests, how the key-safe works. (It was our first key safe and we saw this box without any hints and thought "oops? Where to pull, press or open?" But in the end, we got it.)
