Come stay in our newly remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 full baths, condo. Our smoke-free unit is located directly on the beach with full western exposure providing plenty of afternoon sun on its spacious balcony. Panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking from this unit.
A patio dining table and chaise lounge chair add extra comfort for the ultimate outdoor living experience. Did I mention you can see for miles into the Gulf of Mexico, and see down the north and south side of the beach? Picturesque sunsets, parasailer’s, and beach and boat traffic can all be viewed from our 2nd floor location. Perfectly situated .
The community heated swimming pool and it's spacious surrounding deck areas is setup with plenty of chaises and tables & chairs. Other amenities include a heated spa, cabana room, 2 Tennis Courts and ample parking is available. The Master Suite has comfort in mind, includes a KING size bed. Enjoy watching your favorite shows in bed from a flat screen TV.
The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and an adjacent bath. A fully updated Kitchen, with granite counter tops, full size appliances, refrigerator with icemaker, built in microwave, dishwasher, counter bar with stools, and fully equipped to prepare your meals.

Living room Leather futon converts to a bed to accommodate additional guests.

Complex is recently renovated its lobby and elevators, and newly painted.
Plenty of beach activities await you. A brief walk to the area resorts and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, sailing, charter fishing, daytrips for shelling and dolphin watching, or rent a boat from one of the local marinas. Walking distance to Sunset Grille Restaurant/Sports Bar which is right next door. A short beach walk to area Hotels for shopping, dining, and their beachfront bars.
Evening life can include dinner at the Movies, where you can enjoy a lite meal with beer, wine, soda's or coffee. Or just a romantic stroll down the beach.Your stroll on the beach might include finding a sand dollar, horseshoe crab, Florida fighting conchs, or site an osprey, or bald eagle.
If your sport is golf there are championship public courses within 10 miles. A variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas and fitness centers are located on Marco Island. Frank Mackle Park only a few miles away have basketball courts, play ground and toddler water park area. Other parks include YMCA Skate Park, and Caxambas Park.
Local areas Nature Centers include Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee Nature Center. The Naples Zoo is located in the center of Naples, just a short drive.
We have stayed at 2 other units in Sea Winds and this was by far the nicest. It was newly updated with 2 full bathrooms and reconfigured open kitchen/living room area. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor for easy access and the views were amazing from the patio.
The only issues we had was the dryer vents into a bucket and it was full of water which made our clothes wetter but once we dumped the bucket it worked. It would be helpful to have directions for all the remotes so the renter doesn't have to try all the remotes to see which operates tv or satellite.
The pool water was cool to cold everyday and the wind seems to have a tunnel affect in the pool area.
I have been coming to Marco for 30+ years and would suggest eating dinner at Little Bar in Goodland, and Snook Inn or Marek on Marco.
Just got back from a one week stay at Sea Winds. The condo is a true ocean facing steps from the gulf of Mexico. Family of five (2 adults and 3 kids under 10). We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider returning. The condo is remodeled with good taste and the description is exactly what you get. The agent Ellen is very responsive and easy to deal with. I highly recommend.
We found the unit to be clean and nicely appointed. The view was great and a short walk to the beach. We did have difficulty with the wifi the entire week.
This unit was recently updated and the owners did a very nice job with it! I was very pleased to arrive to a very clean unit. My husband and I stayed here with our two young children and the unit proved to be the perfect amount of space for us. The balcony is very spacious and gets sun in the afternoons- you can hear the waves all day long. We have never stayed at Sea Winds before, and the building is quite quirky as far as rules go. I had read about this from other reviews of the complex. They do have rules posted everywhere, but it was funnier to us more than anything. Not a problem at all. I would have rated this unit 4.5 stars if I could have, and the .5 star would be due to the fact that the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. We did not spend a lot of time on it, so not a huge deal, but definitely not ideal for lounging on. The only other complaint is that the dryer took many rounds to dry our laundry. We were told it was a new dryer, so maybe something was wrong with it while we were there. Overall, highly recommend this unit!!
We stayed here a week, 1/23/16. We have been to Sea Winds many times and are often disappointed in the units. The review often says "updated" unit and we find they mean 5 to 10 years ago. This unit, 203, is really nicely done. The photos are an accurate representation of the units condition and furnishings.
Bathrooms are extremely well done and clean although the water pressure is a bit low. Not a problem, just an observation. The second floor location gives a nice view of the ocean and the sound of the waves is soothing. We will definitely try to stay here again. Gary

If you cancel more that 90 days prior to your stay you will receive a full refund less $250.00. $25.00 parking registration per vehicle, payable to condo association when registering at condominium after check-in. Effective 7/1/2017 parking fee increased to $30.00
