Why Brian Patterson chose Grand Canyon

We fell in love with this house because of the location and feeling of the home. Has great sized yard, pine trees, and views from the front. And, being able to just walk downtown for dinner or an ice-cream cone is great. Kids love roasting marshmellows in the outdoor fireplace at night.

What makes this house unique

Great views of downtown and the mountains. Our property feels rustic being in pine trees yet 1/3 mile walking distance to Route 66 and 1/2 mile walk to Grand Canyon Railway train.

Comfy, warm home in Williams

  • 5 of 5

My family and I were traveling on the Polar Express Grand Canyon Railway and was looking for a place to stay in Williams. Brian's home was extremely close to the train station and offered all the amenities of home. My young children loved playing in the snow in the front and back yards! The living room massage chair was a hit with Grandpa! I highly recommend this lovely home for a comfortable and warm family getaway.

Great Family House

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay and the snow was a nice surprise. Great house for a family. The location is within walking distance to town. It is about a 1.5 hour drive to Grand Canyon and to Sedona. Loved that we could have our dog. Brian was readily available for our questions. We definitely will return.

We had a great stay and was very comfortable for our family of 8. Easy entry into house , loved the fireplace and we had a hot home cooked meal each night. Was VERY close to Polar Express and Elk Ridge Ski Resort ( we took the grandkids snow tubing) A+

Enjoyed the stay!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying here. The neighborhood is nice and quite. The house itself is spacious. The winter storm kept us from traveling to the national park, but we all had fun playing in the backyard. Thank you for the nice place. We will definitely come back again.

Good place to get away to and have quality family time

  • 5 of 5

We all really enjoyed the house and backyard. It allowed us all to be together as a family and for the kids and dogs to get outside and play too. Loved that it was fully fenced and we all enjoyed smores at night. All amenities were good, although we couldn't get hall bathroom door to lock and figured out that if you turned the front door knob to the left, then you could open the door. :) Thank you Brian for sharing your home. Would love to rent from you if we make it that way again.

The house was just the right fit for our adventure!

  • 5 of 5

The home is located conveniently nearby local businesses and great food! The grocery store was minutes away. During our stay, the locals decorated downtown with a beautiful Christmas tree and festive lights. It felt very warm and inviting, a tight knit community welcoming all to share in the festivities and adventures. Bearizona was also a quick 7 minute drive! Great place to relax and enjoy the experience with the family! Though the Grand Canyon was about an hour drive, the scenic drive was very serene. Great stay for our family adventure!
