Why Brian Patterson chose Williams
We fell in love with this house because of the location and feeling of the home. Has great sized yard, pine trees, and views from the front. And, being able to just walk downtown for dinner or an ice-cream cone is great. Kids love roasting marshmellows in the outdoor fireplace at night.
What makes this House unique
Great views of downtown and the mountains. Our property feels rustic being in pine trees yet 1/3 mile walking distance to Route 66 and 1/2 mile walk to Grand Canyon Railway train.

Perfect AZ / Grand Canyon Vacation
We used this house in Williams AZ as our staging area for the Grand Canyon leg of our summer road trip out West. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids age 10 & 12 at the time)--it had everything we needed & nothing we didn't. We did a lot of shopping around, & this property definitely stacks up well, price-per-amenities-wise. And Williams is a charming little town, with a stretch of old Route 66 running through it, which itself was a draw for us. Do yourself a favor & have breakfast at Old Smokey's, right along Historic Route 66 downtown!
In addition to the property being just what we needed, the owner (Brian) was very accommodating. We'd planned our trip several months in advance, & along the way we changed our minds about exactly when we'd arrive in Williams, how many nights we'd stay, etc. No matter how often I contacted Brian about our adjustments (& I lost track, but I bet we changed our plans 3-4 times!), he was really easy-going & patient about it. He also was very prompt to respond, so we didn't have to wait days & days to hear back from him.
We've done VRBO a couple times now, & have always found the owners to be helpful & easy to work with. But even within that spectrum, Brian was exceptional. If you're looking for a nice, well-kept place to stay in Arizona, & want to rest assured that you will be treated well by the owner, this is the place.
Clean and plenty of room
Everyone had a bed and the kids enjoyed the foosball table. Could use more plates. Only had five plates for eight people . Not fancy but had everything we need. Beautiful views .
This cabin was perfect for us. It's really close to the little downtown area.
We loved this house. It was charming and perfect for our family. We drove to the grand canyon and it took about an hour. We made a fire with the firewood provided and the kids thought we were camping. We were only there for less than 24 hours and the cleaning fee on vrbo for one night is always tough to swallow but makes sense. I wish we had more time to spend!
Very nice house, roomy, and homie!
Nice place to rest our bodies after a long motorcycle ride! We weren’t there too long but thought it would be a good hub for seeing the sights of Northern Arizona. Beautiful town!
We often rent cabins and this was by far the best we have had. Roomy, comfortable with all the amenities of home. A quiet home in the pines close to dining, shopping, fishing and activities for our grandchildren. Our stay was wonderful.
I would recommend this location.
The home is spacious except for the kitchen. The home is very clean. We envy
Joyed our stay and would recommend it to others. It is a one hour drive to the Grand Canyon
