Cool Austin Luxury

A group of five friends shared this beautiful, super clean, high-end property for an ACL Festival weekend. The kitchen is a cook's dream! We began and ended everyday out on the deck sinking in the view. We also spent time lounging and reading around the pool when we weren't checking out the city. The condo has great restaurants in walking distance and it's centrally located to get to everything. The owner was so incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Perfect place to stay for ACL and a friend get away

The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice! The home is spacious, beautifully and comfortably decorated and welcoming. Mark is an accommodating and generous host -- flexible with check in and check out, and accessible with questions. Five of us came to Austin for ACL, and the property was perfect for what we needed. We walked to restaurants and took Wingz to places around town (Austin does not have Uber). The bedrooms were comfortable for five of us, and the views from the balcony overlooking the capitol building were beautiful. Loved this place.

Friends' celebratory weekend in Austin

We had three couples staying in this property to celebrate our birthdays and enjoy Austin. The condo was beautiful with an awesome rooftop deck with an outstanding view of the Capitol and downtown Austin. It was close enough to walk to Austin Java and The Tavern and lots of other Austin sites. We used the FARE app for rides to restaurants and bars and it was very similar to Uber or Lyft and reasonably priced. Mark was a great host, too!

The townhouse is fabulous. The location is ideally situated near everything. We had a small problem and the owner went out of his way to help out. I highly recommend this unit!
