Great, very comfortable, quiet apt....walking distance to Princes St and the Royal Botanical Gardens

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We were returning to Edinburgh from a three day tour of the Highlands and the Isle of Skye.....and unexpectedly returned at 8:45 PM.....and dropped off on the Royal Mile. Donna was very understanding and met us at the apartment at approximately 9 PM. She helped us with our luggage and spent a half hour showing us how the hot water, heater, lights....everything worked in the apartment. This apartment has a washer, a roomy bathroom, a very comfortable bed and other furnishings....plus all the kitchen appliances and items you will need. It has two large, wonderful windows overlooking this and the neighboring building's gardens. Our friends stayed in a hotel on York Street, easy walking distance and close to many restaurants. It was a wonderful retreat at the end of a busy day.

Great Flat!

Stayed in Donna's flat for 5 nights and loved it! Everything was clean & tidy and just how we pictured it would be. She had plenty of towels for us to use, an ironing board, even a hair dryer! Donna was very friendly, responsive and an excellent host!

Outstanding flat in a great neighborhood !

Tesco market nearby, 23,27 bus to downtown and Royal Mile 5 minutes away, 10 minute ride, local pub 5 minute walk, The Cumberland . The flat is clean, quiet and well appointed. Perfect in every way.

This appartment is totaly in accordance with the photos of the site. Very good situation , decoration and perfectly clean.

We could spent one week in the town Centre without any car or bus use.

A lot of informations about Edinburg were displayed and Donna welcomed us friendly and with style. Nous la remercions et reviendrons.

Beautiful apartment + gracious and welcoming owners = wonderful stay

Beautifully appointed, extremely clean and very quiet apartment with first class amenities within a short walking distance of Princes Street and a bus stop at the corner of the street.

Owners are very gracious and welcoming, showing a real concern for the comfort of their guests and a real pride in their property. Offers all one needs for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Wish hotel rooms were always this well kept.

Would not hesitate to go back and have praised it to good friends.

Lovely apartment, perfectly located

This comfortable apartment is well-equipped and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for a visit to Edinburgh - close to everything one would want to see but in a quiet, lovely residential area. Donna was very helpful, with excellent restaurant suggestions and helpful orientation. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment in a classic Georgian townhouse.
