We will be available to answer any and all of your questions fairly immediately, we will also have a property manager who will come to your assistance if need be.
The neighbors in this area are amazing. If you need a cup of sugar or anything else they will all go out of there way to lend a hand.
One of the major advantages to this home is the close proximity to the grocery store. There is a walking path that leads directly to Grocery store, Fletchers tire store, a manicure store, Ups, a fantastic Italian restaurant called Babbo and that's only naming a few. If you love to Golf you can walk to Triology golf course. Again the Queen Creek Wash is only 200 yards south of the home. A asphalt path that spans 6 miles round trip and is being lengthened in the next few years. Such a great way to stay active in the warm winter months.
Other Things to Note
We will consider allowing a small dog to take residence in our home as well. (Additional fee may apply, please contact me for more details). There is a small doggie door already installed as well as a secure backyard, so hopefully no escapees!

We are a family of 4 who loves to travel.... Our 2 boys are at a great age to try something a little different for this winter. So we are off to the snow for the season!

We are looking for a nice, respectful couple to stay in our home and love it as much as we do.
You will not find a better location then our property. We have the accessibility to just about everything you need either in walking distance or a short car ride.
The most unique benefit to our home is being located only a few hundred yards from the Queen Creek wash. This maintained asphalt trail is perfect for anytime of the day stroll or heavy exercise if your into that!!! Did I mention Babbo the Italian restaurant that has an amazing wine selection with great food is just out your front door and across the green belt, no need to drive.
We have stayed at vacation homes in several states and countries. This home is the perfect combination of family gathering home with higher-end features and home-base location for activities outside the home. Our favorite things include:
-upgraded kitchen with granite, nicer dishwasher, sink, fridge
-lots of rooms: we have a young child that still naps and we could put her down and let her sleep without being woken up because of proximity to TV's or kids playing in the pool.
-SWIMMING POOL: our kids loved swimming the entire time we were there.
-TV's: another thing our kids loved was having tv's in most of the rooms hooked up to ApplePlays.
-location: this home is within 2 minutes of several grocery stores and other convenience stores.
-communication: I had a couple of questions and the owner answered emails/phone calls within minutes both times I called.

The owner was very helpful and communicated promptly. The home was clean and very accomodating, we had a great stay!
Unfortunately my home had a flood from a washing machine and my insurance company was nice enough to put us up in this home and it really helped us through. We were so grateful to have a place to come home to that we really felt was like home. The home is nicely decorated and has everything you could need to live your daily life, and Kelly was easily reached via telephone and email in case of the off chance that we needed anything. I would whole-heartedly recommend this home to my own family and friends to come stay in when they are in the area. TV with cable, high speed Internet with great download speeds, lots of space, a beautiful backyard with a pool and a great location. Thank you, Kelly, for a great experience!
