Clean Comfy and central Location!!! I'd love to stay here when I come visit again
Very clean, stocked, and updated townhome in nice location of West Hollywood.. walking distance to lots of places. Safe -gate code, garage, building access key, and townhome access key. Owner was easily accessible. Highly recommend. Only things to consider are the tight parking (one small vehicle will fit behind gate) and that the levels are not walled off so privacy is minimal. Neither of these were a problem for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The place is well appointed and clean. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that 1) one of two toilets oddly didn't have a toilet seat, 2) the street noise was a bit loud, 3) the open layout meant limited privacy and 4) the location on VRBO suggested it was in a different neighborhood (Hollywood v Los Feliz) so this ended up being too far to walk to my sister's place. All in all, I am pleased with having stayed there and suspect they'll fix not having a toilet seat.
There were a few minor issues. There was a leak under the bathroom sink that they were willing to fix while we were there. Some of the sheets were pretty old cause the fitted sheets wouldn't stay on the beds and one had a hole in it. The pans were very bad and very old everything stuck to them even with pam. It was a little difficult to find but it seemed like a very safe place to stay. It was a quiet neighborhood. The place was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again if I was in area. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do:Hathaway Museum and Universal Studios and Hollywood Blvd. We called the owner and they were willing to fix all the issues that we had. They were very friendly. Only real draw back that could be major. There was no place close to park. We always had to walk at least a block away sometimes more.
The best place to live in Los Angeles. Nearby attractions, Tribune Studios, W Hotel, Chinese Theater, (Home to Oscars), Guitar Center, nightclubs, Arclight Theater, Chinese Theater, Pantages, Hollywood Bowl, Greek Theater, Imax 3D, Los Feliz, Koreatown, Silverlake, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, downtown lofts. Close to clubs and restaurants.
Close to Metro and buses. Close to all major freeways. Easy access to the 101. Located between Hollywood and Sunset Blvds. Quick drive to WeHo, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Beach Cities
Easy commute to USC, Los Angeles Community College (LACC), Occidental College, Kaiser Hospital, Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital, Children's Hospital and Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Also close to Hancock Park and Fairfax Avenue.
