My place is close to Hollywood Farmers Market, Hollywood, In-N-Out Burger, Roscoe's Chicken, and Piano Bar. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

This was a great choice for my friends and I! The host helped me with all my questions and was only a phone call away. Next timeI’m in LA, I will definitely stay here again.
Go beyond the photos and do your homework.
While this is definitely a clean property, there were many drawbacks that weren’t evident from the photos. First, it is not in the best part of town....right next door to a gas station and a busy street. There is constant road noise and, while this may be temporary for the next several months, there was a major construction site just across the street where construction vehicles (and beeps) woke you up around 6:30 AM. This is no fault of the property owner and not something they can control, but still something to consider when renting this property. Even though there are two nice, well appointed bedrooms, don’t expect privacy. The place is built like a loft completely open. Every sound from bedroom one could be heard from bedroom two and visa versa. It is nice having a private garage given the type of neighborhood and lack of public parking, but make sure you have a compact rental car and know how to pull in and out of a very tight space at an angle. You literally need 2-3 people to help park to avoid hitting walls. Our final night at the property was the worst. We had someone banging on the door to the property in the middle of th night for 45 minutes. We finally had to call the police as you can’t see the door from any part of the 4 story unit and given the neighborhood we weren’t about to open the door. Finally, this property requires walking up and down three flights of stairs. While it’s great exercise, it is not the best for someone wanting convenience and quick in and out. Overall, we weren’t fans of this property.
Beautiful, accommodating, but read the details and clarify
This place was immaculate, well kept and the manager responded quickly and in a helpful manner to our MANY problems. Unfortunately, it was not all we expected. Make sure you read the details clearly on this listing. We needed 3 queen beds and we thought that was what we were getting. Instead, it was just 2 bedrooms. There was a queen inflatable to put in the kitchen, but there was no linens provided for it. When we called they did deliver, but not until the next day as we realized it pretty late at night. Additionally, beware the parking! There is a very nice garage, however, it is a single and EXTREMELY hard to get into. We tried for 90 minutes to get my van in (the manager assured me she can park her SUV there.. I wonder if she drives a RAV or something smaller). Sadly, since the gate and the garage are not in alignment, the passage was too narrow to get my van in. Street parking fills up FAST and we had to go pretty far or drive around a long time to find parking. Lastly, we had no hot water the whole weekend! When we reported it, they QUICKLY sent someone to fix it, but we had to leave before it was fixed.
It was a cool unit, you can see the Hollywood sign, but just drive a small car and don't expect more then 2 "real" beds. If you don't mind people on the floor and dicey parking, you will have a great experience.
Very clean and within walking distance to many things. Great view from roof top.
Parking in the garage was a challenge due to other cars parking on the street and blocking part of the narrow curb cut. There were times we could not get into the garage and needed to park down the street - difficult when checking in and checking out with luggage. Property manager was easily available and was willing to help when she could. Would have given 5 stars if access to the garage was easy.
Excellent location and excellent property
Such a beautiful and well-secure piece of property! Home was as clean and organized as pictured, so no need to worry about any surprises when renting. Contains an amazing rooftop patio containing a 360 degree view of Hollywood which includes the infamous Hollywood sign. Home is fairly centrally located in the city, with downtown within walking distance. The manager was easily reachable and very communicative. This was very useful as I was having a little trouble understanding how to obtain the entrance keys. I truly appreciated how secure the building was, making us feel very safe during our trip! The only minor problem I had was with the third floor, as the shower was slow to drain and the bathroom light switch sometimes would not work. Nonetheless, those small problems hinder our experience at all. Would very much recommend this property to all groups!

Nearby attractions, Tribune Studios, W Hotel, Chinese Theater, (Home to Oscars), Guitar Center, nightclubs, Arclight Theater, Chinese Theater, Pantages, Hollywood Bowl, Greek Theater, Imax 3D, Los Feliz, Koreatown, Silverlake, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, downtown lofts. Close to clubs and restaurants.
Close to Metro and buses. Close to all major freeways. Easy access to the 101. Located between Hollywood and Sunset Blvds. Quick drive to WeHo, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Beach Cities
Easy commute to USC, Los Angeles Community College (LACC), Occidental College, Kaiser Hospital, Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital, Children's Hospital and Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Also close to Hancock Park and Fairfax Avenue.
