Clean and neat with everything we needed. We here for the month of January and had a lovely time
This property is in a working class section of Vienna, which we loved. We arrived by train from Salzburg on New Years Eve and Christoph met us there with a bottle of bubbly, which was extra nice, considering it was my birthday and that was exactly what I wanted to drink to celebrate my birthday and New Years. The location is fantastic; Less than 1/2 block to the U1 and only 2 U stops to Stephanplatz and 3 stops to Karlsplatz and the Opera. The Italian restaurant, Fiorina, just below the apartment building is great, as is the Asian restaurant 1/2 block in the opposite direction from the U stop. It’s also very close to the Praterstern RR station, which has a grocery store, bakeries, flower shop, etc. right there. Also a very convenient grocery store directly across the street from the apartment on Praterstraße. The apartment had a washing machine, which is essential when spending the month. The dryer is what I call an Italian dryer so you need to give the clothes a chance to dry overnight, which was not a problem. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Near the historic district
Well-appointed. Convenient location. Secure. Can be a little noisy in the courtyard outside the bedroom in the morning. All in all a 4 star apartment.
A Fine Choice
In the American real estate business, they are fond of repeating that "location, location, location" determines the value of a property. Location of course is also a key value when renting a vacation property, and in this regard, as well as many others, it would be hard to fault this flat: it is close to the Inner Stadt and, in the other direction, to a major SPAR supermarket in the S Bahn station. There are also food and other shops much closer at hand. Furnishings are adequate and the kitchen amply stocked with all necessities. WiFi worked perfectly. "Clean, quiet, and comfortable" might serve as the tag line for a rental property, and is certainly merited in the present case.
Very clean and convenient
We were warmly welcomed by the owner who was generous with her time and explained all aspects of the well equipped, comfortable apartment. It is located very close to the Metro and grocery stores on a quiet street. It is very suitable for two adults and we highly recommend it.
Great apartment and location
The Praterstrasse apartment was quiet, spacious and well furnished. Nice kitchen and plenty of storage space. Washing machine is a real bonus. Christoph was very responsive to our questions before arrival and no problems were encountered when we were there. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to the inner city and the Praterstern station with inexpensive S7 trains to the airport. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and wonderful bakeries nearby.

Comfortable Apartment, Convenient Location
The apartment was as advertised although I think it is a bit far to be considered "downtown". Christoph explained the apartment perfectly, had lots of good information for us and even walked us to a restaurant area our first night as it was dark when we arrived. This apartment is very convenient to the Metro (you can see the station from the front of the apartment). It is in a residental neighborhood and we found the restaurant options to be limited. Again, with the Metro so close, it was easy to venture into the city center.
The only suggestion I would have is to be more specific with the location of the apartment. You have to walk through the driveway to the back of the building to find the entrance. Arriving in the dark, in a new city with rain and only having a building address (not apt. #) was a bit unsettling. This is a minor detail and I would recommend this apartment.
In the centre of Vienna, between faryswheel and Stephansdom, you can find our modern and cosy furnished apartment.
From there you can explore the old town with all of it's well-known sights easily by walking only 5 minuntes! But also the subway-stations are located next to the house. This subway lines (U1/U2) will take you to Stephansplatz in only 3 minutes.
So you have an very good connection to the public traffic which makes it easy for you to reach all corners of the town as well as sights like the opera, the Karlschurch or the Naschmarkt real fast.
