The interior takes its design cues from the surrounding beach. Natural light through sliding glass doors brightens the ocean blue walls and ceilings, creating a soothing feel of seaside tranquility. Coastal décor fills the rooms, from the rattan chairs all the way down to decorative details like a coral lamp base and a sea crab on a ceramic plate.
What time is it? According to the driftwood style clock above the bar, it’s cocktail hour, time to use the blender to make some tropical drinks to sip on the balcony as the sun goes down.
The spacious balcony, overlooking the tree-lined garden, extends the length of the unit, with enough chairs to entertain guests and sliding door access to the master suite and living room.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you’d expect from your home away from home.
The bedrooms come with large dressers and plenty of closet space. Fragrant ocean breezes through the windows will fill your dreams with the white sands and turquoise water that await you in the morning.
The unit offers comfort-enhancing amenities, including air conditioning, internet, cable, a big screen TV and a washer and dryer. It also comes with beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs and cooler for that short walk to Resident’s Beach, where you can purchase a pass for access to beach activities, dining at the shaded tables of Paradise Grill, picnic chickees with charcoal grills, a playground and concerts on the green.
Every day there’s a new watersport to try. Charter a fishing boat. Go snorkeling in the clear water or stroll along the warm sand in search of colorful shells.
You can also enjoy a day of swimming and sunning without leaving the Mariner community, with its two heated pools sparkling like an oasis in the center of a ring of palm trees.
