About Denise Ray
We are Bob & Denise Ray, and we are the owners of this great condo since August, 2015. We love to travel, but in the past years have enjoyed our stays at Bonita Beach and Tennis so much, we decided to buy our own condo for us and visitors to enjoy! My husband and I do not like the "cold" winters Ohio have, so now we have a place to escape to. My husband likes to hike, bike, play tennis, and garden. I like to read, bike and enjoy my friends! We have three beautiful grandchildren that we love to play and run around with!

Why Denise Ray chose Bonita Springs
We have been coming to Bonita Springs for the past 13 years, and just fell in love with the area, the beach and all it has to offer. There is a lot of things close by, where we do not have to travel too far to enjoy an outing! We are kind of in the middle of everything that is going on around us!
What makes this Condo unique
The beautiful gulf view we have! Every morning you wake up to an amazing view! Did I mention it is just across the street from the beach? You do not have to pay to park, you just walk across and voila, you are there! You can park yourself at the beach all day if you wish! You can enjoy a sunrise, a sunset, shelling, swimming, sunbathing, dolphins swim along the shore line, cannot get any better than that!

We have stayed here before and it is simply the best place! The Condo is just perfect! The location has easy access to anything you might want for a beach vacation or even just a little getaway!
Best Condo on Bonita Beach Road
We stayed here in July which is considered rainy season. It only rains in the afternoon for a short period and the showers produce the most spectacular sunsets. The condo is lovely with views for miles as it's on the 7th floor. This is the most well-stocked VRBO kitchen I've encountered. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner, Denise, is fantastic!
This is a wonderful gem of a condo and we can't wait to return. My husband was here on business and I came along for a vacation. We wished we could have stayed a few more days. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.
I’ve been coming to Bonita beach and tennis club since I was a kid. I love the easy pool and beach access. The condo was just as described. It was a great vacation.
Great Condo, right across from Barefoot Beach!
We had a great stay! Everything was just as described, and we had no issues. So thankful to the owners, and all that they provide and share! We flew to Florida, and had very limited space in our carry on. The Condo was very quiet this time of year, and we were lucky enough to have sunny days the entire time. We enjoyed our time at Barefoot Beach, and Naples Beach, and the food at The Cafe, on site, was great, as well as the food at Coconut Jacks!
The condo is in a great location if you want the beach at your door step! It was definitely as advertised. Fully stocked with pretty much everything you need when traveling. My only issue was you couldn't use the beach towels unless you washed them. Since there is no washer/dryer in the unit or the bldg (you have to go to the next one) this is inconvenience.
When comparing units and prices note that the cleaning fee is not included in the quote. So you not comparing apples to apples. I didn't realize that till we got the arrival instructions. Its an additional $80.00 you leave upon departure.
This unit is not suitable for two couples even thought it sleeps four. The light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom next to the bed. So there is no way to not wake the ppl sleeping in the bed up when turning on the light. Also it would be nice if you could watch TV in bed.
Overall its a great unit and we would stay there again.
The $80 is left upon departure so that the Housekeeper may get her payment right away, otherwise, I would constantly have to keep sending her checks back and forth every week/month. Also, there is a ***NOTE*** about the $80 fee in the "Under Room & Details" in the listing, if you are reading it thoroughly, so it should not be a surprise when getting the instructions for arrival. We know about the light switch, and it will be fixed at a later date. I hope to have some resolve about some of your concerns in the future. Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
Enjoyed our stay
The property was conveniently located and we really enjoyed the beach across the street. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived and that made our stay with a 5 year old rather difficult and much more expensive since we had to dine out much more than we planned. It wasn’t the owners fault and Denise did try to resolve it but it couldn’t get fixed during our 4 night stay. We made the best of it and did really love the area and local beaches. We made use of the outdoor grills and pools and enjoyed the view of the ocean from the unit.
We deeply apologize for the refrigerator not working. We were going to replace it anyway when we arrived in July, but there will be a new refrigerator installed this week. Not that it will help you at this point, but hopefully, you will return, and we will have a new working refrigerator for your use. Thank you for trying to make the best of it!
We are located right across the street from the beach, walk to the beach or to Doc's Beach House. Around the corner from Building #5 is Coconut Jack's restaurant. Beautiful sunsets on the beach at dusk, nice shelling, swimming, or just lay out and enjoy the surf and sand with a nice cold drink in hand. Attractions include, Edison & Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers, Naples Botanical Garden, shopping in Naples along 5th Avenue, lots of outdoor activities nearby. Lover's Key State Park is North of our location for kayaking. In Fort Myers Beach, Times Square has shops and restaurants and a beach. Sanibel/Captiva Island is about a 45 minute drive from our unit. Either Bowman's Beach or Turner's Beach a great way to spend a day, then head on over to the Bubble Room on Captiva for lunch and a must have dessert (or just dessert). They close at 3pm then reopen at 4:30pm, a very neat place to visit! It costs $6 for a roundtrip day to get onto Sanibel/Captiva. Coconut Point in Estero (going North on 41) is a nice open area shopping mall with lots of stores, restaurants and movie theater.
