Our Charming 1000 square foot condo is located just four minutes from the Wilmington Amtrak/SEPTA station. Nestled in the business district of Wilmington, our location is convenient to the I-95 on and off ramps. Our newly furnished apartment has 2 full bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment has two dedicated parking spots, all within a lighted and secured entrance directly beneath our building. The apartment is wired for your convenience with premium Xfinity Wi-Fi connection; including HBO (throughout) and On-Demand (in the living room only). For your enjoyment the living room has a 55'' LED HD Flat screen TV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound and sub-woofer. Both bedrooms have 32" HD flat screen TV's with Xfinity WiFi and cable. There are two bedrooms, the master has its own en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full bath too, just across the hall. Both bathrooms include shower gel, shampoo and lotion. The unit has central air and heat. All bedding, mattresses and linens (and kitchenware) were purchased in August 2015. The master bedroom mattress has memory foam (definitely a nice add-on). Ralph Lauren Pillows, Josie Natori towels and Trina Turk and Ralph Lauren, Tahari and other high-end Linens and Bedding with high-thread count provided. We spared no expense for your comfort. So, enjoy! There is a coffee maker (coffee, creamer and sugar included) and a stove-top espresso maker. Oyster food processor, toaster and tea kettle. 5-piece cookware set with lids. Flatware and plates for a party of 8. Wine glasses, water glasses and coffee cups provided. There are also miscellaneous cooking tools, so enjoy preparing meals while staying in this space.
Our guests have an all-access pass to our condo. No space is off limits. Use our cookware, help yourself to our coffee, our home is yours during your time in our condo.
We are available to answer questions in real-time. You will have our cell phone numbers and email addresses. Also, given that we too travel, we have staff near the unit that can assist with any emergencies that come up. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions at all. We love hosting!

Our condo is centrally located in the Wilmington business district. It is ideal for business travelers (walkable to such locations as Cap One, BofA and WSFS) and also families looking to explore the rich history of the Delaware Valley. Just 25 minutes south of Philadelphia and 50 minutes north of Baltimore, our condo is perfectly located as a launching pad to any northeastern destination.

We needed to be in Wilmington, unfortunately for a funeral. My husband and I and his 2 adult daughters stayed here two nights. The price is far less than 2 hotel rooms and what you get is far nicer. The condo is immaculate and very nicely and comfortably furnished. Everything you could want was available in the condo - laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so we had no need to buy any supplies. There was a nice binder with local things to do which unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of. It was within 10 minutes of every place we needed to go. The off-street parking is great. Branden is great to deal with. The initial arrival was a little confused because the previous renter had not returned one of the garage openers. We figured it out and got in with no problem but Branden offered to send someone to help if needed. She responded to my initial rental request nearly instantly and returned the damage deposit within a week. I would love to com back for a visit sometime under happier circumstances.
The location of the place is great! Close to everywhere in Wilmington. The parking is i a garage so cars are safe as well. It is a great 2 bedroom apartment. The host was very responsive with communication through out the ordeal. Was very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was very nicely furnished. We were actually visiting family in the Philadelphia area, so we didn't actually spend any time in Deleware. The furniture was comfortable, especially the air mattress that we used for one of my sons! We'll certainly be staying again next time we'pre in the area.
This property was very clean, modern and well maintained. There were four senior citizen women staying here as we had come to Wilmington to visit a friend nearby. There was plenty of room and everything we needed, plus more, to make our stay enjoyable. Branden was easy to work with. We hope to visit our friend again, in the near future, and will definitely stay here if available. We only ate out once, and that was lunch at the Columbus Inn. It was nearby and the food was excellent.
Perfect place for our visit to Delaware! Very clean and stocked with bottled water, soap and shampoo. So nice to feel like you are at home instead of a hotel. Easy to get to....right off the highway a few blocks. Would definitely visit again when coming to Delaware!
