Remodeled for myself who will live here from June 1st to Oct 1st yearly. Available 8 months a year. I'm looking for non smoking adults with no pets. This building is a very quiet and is located on desirable E 4th St. providing multiple restaurants and shopping on well known Broadway, 4th St and Redondo St, nice neighborhood. My name is Craig Holmes and I'm a retired President of an Office Equipment Company which was located in Monterey CA. I held that position for 30 years until the company was sold. I have two condos in Mexico that I manage as vacation rentals as well as a house in Palm Springs. I purchased and upgraded this Long Beach condo to live in for the summers when it is to hot in Mexico and Palm Springs. I pride myself in the condition of my properties and the professional way I handle my clients. Since this property is new on the market I do not have any referrals yet but I would be happy to provide the VRBO numbers for my other properties so that you can read my referrals. I feel this condo is a cut above the condition of other properties in this price range. I will be accepting rentals for a minimum of 30 days. I'm always available by e-mail as I check at least 6 times a day for messages. I spend the 8 months I'm not living here in either Palm Springs or Puerto Vallarta.

This property is clean, all new including top line furniture with top of the line mattresses. I provide all the towels and linens. The kitchen if fully equipped and there is a brand new full size washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. You are provided with a garage beeper where you have a secured designated parking space. The condo is very light and cheerful as it has just been painted in light pastel colors. No carpeting to worry about as I have used tile and laminate flooring. New side by side frig/freezer. The kitchen has lots of storage space. The floor plan is excellent with the 2nd bedroom having a pocket door off the hall for guests but at the same time a door from the bedroom to the bath. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and the 2nd bedroom has a mirrored large closet. Both bathrooms have tub/showers. Dining room table sits 6. I'm always open to questions so don't be afraid to ask. Thank you in advance for reading about my condo. Thanks--Craig
Unique benefits: large terrace that sits 6 around the coffee table. Two chair bistro table on terrace as well. One secured designated parking space. Excellent floor plan separating the two bedroom areas. Just a nice place to live.
I stayed in this condo with my daughter as I was transitioning between homes, and looking for a place to live in Long Beach permanantly. I did a lot of searching before I found this place and I knew the minute I walked in that this was the place for me. First of all, it's pretty large. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds, great showers/baths. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need. The living area is very comfortable and inviting and the terrace just outside it is very private and the perfect place to sit to enjoy your morning coffee or later afternoon glass of wine. The location is excellent - within walking distance of several restaurants, a 24 hour mini-market, and other shopping. The whole place is very clean, and it has a full-size washer and dryer.
Even though it's convenient to a lot of things, this is a residential area and the neighbors are quiet and considerate. This is not the place to go to if you want to party every night. It is a place to go to if you want a clean, very comfortable place, in a great area to relax or base yourself for awhile. The owners, Craig and Jim are extremely nice and easy to work with. Just can't say enough about this place except that I had a great experience there and I highly recommend it!
My husband and I stayed in this condo right after the remodel, and before it was placed on VRBO. We had such a wonderful time for the entire month of July. The location was ideal because it's within walking distance to great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The condo itself is decorated beautifully with a lovely choice of colors, furniture and accessories. We were impressed also with the cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen and nice big pantry.
But our favorite thing with this condo was the terrace- we spent every night out there before dinner. Lovely weather with a mild sea breeze later in the evening. We will be back next year!

There is a $75.00 deposit for each set of keys and a $75.00 deposit for the garage clicker. Will be refunded with the damage deposit after the condo has been cleaned. There is a $500.00 damage/excess cleaning deposit required which is 100% refundable. To date on my house in Palm Springs I have refunded 100% of the deposits I have accepted.
50% to book the reservation with the balance 30 days prior to occupancy, that would be for the 1st month. Additional days over 30 would be billed at $100.00 per day. In the case of a multiple month rental the first and last Month is due 30 days prior to move in.
