Located off Ray Rd and the 101 not far from Intel and Chandler Mall. Room for 9 cars with 3 cars in the garage and 6 cars on the long wide driveway. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Sorry no cats due to common allergies. Sorry no big dogs because of all new furniture and remodeling. Master bedroom has a king size bed with TV. The master bathroom has a shower and separate roman tub with double vanity and large closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. The loft has a desk work station and a couch that converts to a full size bed. A queen size air mattress with separate foam topper for comfort with the backup queen sheet set can be used in any space upstairs or down for the 9th and 10th guest. The backup single bed sheet sets can be added to the couches for 11th and 12th guest. The dining room has seating for 8. The main floor has a powder room for your convenience. The breakfast table seats 6. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Please call us if there is something you feel we can add. The formal living room is split away from the kitchen and family room. The family room has a fireplace and big screen tv. Both couches are also recliners. They pivot without needing to be moved out away from the wall. The nice size backyard has a table and chair set under the covered patio with propane gas grill and backup tank in the garage. All guests are required to obey local city ordinances and rules. Full security deposit is at risk if we have an incident with police or neighbors. No street parking or loud noise (music, party, dogs) between 10pm - 5am all days. (The driveway and garage can fit 9 vehicles overnight.) This property is close to everything. It has great freeway access for getting to the airport etc.
Parks and shopping are nearby and we have remodeled the home.
We rented this home for the Arizona Ironman. It was only a few minutes from the race and very close to many stores and restaurants. It was nice to stay somewhere with plenty of space and a washer and dryer. The owner was very nice to work with and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend this rental to a friend.
Everything was provided as advertised for 5 adults at a very reasonable rate for a relatively new suburban tract home. All three bedrooms are on the second floor so take note of that if you don't like stairs. We've rented several homes in the area over the last 5 years, all of which had a pool until this one, and I think we would go back to having a pool because it is, after all, a vacation in the desert. That isn't a knock on this property since a pool wasn't advertised, but for us that's probably the biggest takeaway from this stay.
Our family of 12 (including four grandchildren) stayed in the home for a week while our son was married. The home was so comfortable and clean for all of us, and had everything we needed. We prepared our meals there most days. There was plenty of dining area for everyone to sit at a table. The yard was well kept and completely fenced so the children could go outside and get some fresh air. They were very responsive to our needs. We thought the freezer was having problems so we emailed Aruna. I had a response very quickly. We soon discovered that something we had put in the freezer was preventing the door from closing properly. The home was very conveniently located to shopping and main roads which made getting around the area very easy. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again in the future.
My wife and I stayed at this Spacious Chandler Executive near Intel and Chandler Mall Home while in town to visit our daughter who lives and works in the Greater Phoenix Area. My son and his girlfriend, who live in Los Angeles, drove to visit and stay with us for the weekend. Making for a mini-family reunion.
The location was ideal for us as our daughter lives in Chandler. Fry’s grocery store is within a couple miles. There are many restaurants and shopping choices close by. Access to a major road is within a block. Allowing for easy planning of any road trip you might make. (We made a day trip down to Tombstone.) It was so nice to come back to a home and not a hotel room.
This Home was perfect for our stay. It was clean, well kept and BIG. The pictures are a great representation of the property. Sometimes pictures show better than the actual property. That is not the case with this house. Being there was far better than any photo could capture.
The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans. We cooked in one evening and had everything we needed for a dinner serving a total of seven people in the formal dinning room. We, also, used the grill one evening. It worked perfectly. (They even keep a spare propane tank in case the original runs dry. It didn’t but it’s the attention to details like this that made our stay so pleasant.)
We slept well in the King Sized Master Suite. My wife and I prefer a firm mattress and were very comfortable each night of our one week stay. The master bath with tiled shower was perfect.
The home was probably bigger than we needed, but would not hesitate to reserve this property again, even if it was just my wife and I. For less than a moderately priced hotel room, we had a Big, Clean, Beautiful Home with a three car Garage.
We have used HomeAway several times over the last seven or eight years. I am always happy to leave a positive review for someplace we really liked. The Spacious Chandler Executive near Intel and Chandler Mall Home deserves every bit of our Five Star Review. I have also had the misfortune of leaving a bad review for a property (on another site – starting with Air, ending in BNB) that did not meet our expectations.
Communication with the property owners/managers was always timely and informative. It is with great pleasure that I recommend this property. We look forward to visiting it again in the future.
First time renting from VRBO.........great experience. Very nice home, lots of room for all of us. Good location, close to everything!
Property was located one block off a main street making it nice and quiet. Corner lot with 3 stall garage. There was also a park nearby and small businesses (restaurant-bowling alley-grocery store-gas stations). The nearby east-west main street made it easy accessible to two of the main north-south highways through Phoenix. I would recommend this property for those looking for a 3 bedroom rental unit.
