In this room you have big 2 door fridge, L shape big sofa bed(can be opened and extended), washing machine at the balcony, bigger TV with soundbar and better bed mattress. Also there is a long table which contains monitor, printer/scanner and office chair which help you to work in your stay. The sofabed is highquality and 2 people can sleep on it comfortably. There is a European style kitchen installed with hob and hood, sink, fridge and microwave. There is different kind of plates, glasses, forks, knifes, etc. You will find whatever you need for cooking and eating. There are 2 aircons in total. One of them is in the living room while the another one is in the bedroom. Since this room is not located on the busy crowded street, even you can sleep while the window open and you will see the stars and the moon from your bed. The bathroom contains rain shower and sink set with big mirror. In the toilet there is a powerful hair dryer ready to use.

The residence is popular by its river designed pool.Half of the river pool is the warm water while the other half is normal cold. So you can choose which temperature you like to swim. There are also sunbeds, toilets in the pool area. The other communal place is the modern equipped fitness center. There are many cardio machines and body building area by dumbbells.

The building is secured by CCTV and security guards 24h nonstop. Also there is a keycard entry system. So you will be safe anytime inside the residence.
