This two-bath two-bedroom condo was our home for 5 nights. While the kitchen and master bath have been updated, many other parts of the house need some love and attention. For example, the draperies, or sliding shades for the living room and master bedroom are incomplete and falling down, providing little if any privacy. The sliding screen in the living room was missing and thrown in the garage. The ice maker was inoperable with a sign on it. Considering these are not inexpensive rentals, it seems appropriate. They should be kept in pristine condition. Also, the windows were dirty and need cleaning badly. The patio and lounge area outside is lovely however and the yard surrounding the condo is lovely as well. We would not stay in this condo again. They remoteness of this development on the outer edge of La Quinta requires a drive of perhaps a minimum five miles for any kind of services that we were able to find. Aftertwo phone calls we did have a nice gentleman show up to do some maintenance.

Great location and layout

Beautiful quiet location
Location of the property is very nice, the square footage inside and plus access to the garage is wonderful. Proximity to the pool and hot tub is very close. The master bedroom is a great layout with access to outdoor living.
Nicely updated unit next to a swimming pool. Good separation between the two bedrooms and baths.
We enjoyed our stay and liked the PGA location.
Plain but well located
Nothing special, but plenty of room and located close to Coachella/Stagecoach fairgrounds.
Great location, next to pool. Make sure to call ahead and get lockbox info before going to gate. The gate did not have our information which made a long trip even longer. House was clean, well maintained and perfect for a family of 4!
