This beautiful cosy two floor apartment (670 square feet) has everything you wish for: a tasteful, decorated interior mixed with the real Amsterdam charm. Totally renovated with a serene patio to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring Amsterdam. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is free high-speed WiFi. The apartment is close to everything: all the museums, the opera house, theaters, restaurants and club life...
On ground level, there is the living room, open kitchen and patio. Downstairs in the sous-terrain (note: some non-Dutchies experience the Amsterdam stairs as steep), there is the bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
The apartment is ideal for 2 persons. There is an extra bed available, so it is a very easy to accommodate 1 extra child (kids up to 18 years stay for free).
There is a surcharge in case of a 3rd adult staying.
This partner has demonstrated and is committed to fast response times, the best rates, and a great guest experience.

Stan purchased this apartment in 2015
The area the apartment is in is the best and safest area in Amsterdam
Free Wifi, garden (patio), close to all touristic locations like Anne Franks house, all museums, the red light district while being in a very quit street. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shopping street.
My wife and I stayed at this convenient apartment for four nights in April. The location, on a quaint side street adjacent to main tramline, was convenient to the central station, museums and to lots of restaurants, bars and markets. The weather was chilly, so we were not able to use the small patio with upholstered chairs behind the main room, but we did not spend much of our stay in the apartment with all the fun to be had in Amsterdam. Good shower, comfortable bed. Exceptionally thoughtful, honest, accommodating owners.
If this apartment is available during your dates of travel - book it! The apartment is in a great location - lots of restaurants, bars & cafes within an easy walk. There are two supermarkets, butchers, cheese shops & bakeries a couple of minutes away. The tram stop (which runs into Amsterdam Central) is a two minute walk. We were able to walk to the museum district & red light district with no issues, but the trams run frequently if you would prefer.
The apartment itself is great. It has everything you need and is very tastefully presented. You will want to cook in the beautiful kitchen! It is a ground floor apartment, which means no carrying luggage up flights of stairs! The only thing to note is that the bedroom and bathroom are downstairs (below ground) but we did not have any issues with this.
Communication with Stan & the owners was easy and quick - Stan met us at the apartment and showed us around.
We will be staying here again when we next visit!
The flat is in the middle of an amazing location with walking distance to so many awesome things. We walk everywhere but it is literally like 5 minutes to Heineken, the Van Gogh, and the Rijksmuseum and then going the other way like a 5 minute walk from probably the coolest square in Amsterdam with so many bars Rembrandt Square/Rembrandtplein. Probably a 15 minute walk from the Royal Palace Amsterdam and the Red Light District too but if you don't want to walk the Tram is right there and super easy. I would recommend buying the multiple day pass because you can just ride the trams all day and hop on and off and not have to use the machines which are a pain in the ass to get to work with American credit/debit cards.
The place was super clean and super nice inside. I loved it the second we walked in. The 2 levels were awesome with plenty of room. The bedroom was great with a really big comfy bed downstairs and the split bathroom with toilet separate is awesome.
Stan was great and was waiting for us when we arrived and gave lots of great information about the place and the area. Left us a welcome bottle of wine even and did a great job explaining the place including the combined washer/dryer. Also, the grocery store Albert-Heijn is right around the corner which is super convenient too.
Do make sure you slam the door tight when you leave because we noticed the door pops back open if you don't and that would suck losing all your stuff. Couldn't say anything else though negative in any sort of way.
Incredible stay and highly recommended and would love to stay there again!
Good location and suitable for 2 people. Very dangerous stairs going downstairs needs new linens and towels
Small apartment with simple furnishings. Bedroom below grade with narrow staircase. Quiet neighborhood in residential area but in good location.
Did not feel the apartment was properly prepared for us. Coffee maker not cleaned out, wet towel in washer, shower room roomy, could have been cleaner. Bed linen clean but thin and worn. Kitchen well equipped, plenty hot water, good location.
We had a great stay! Thanks for everything!!
