We found this property to be ideal for our needs. Upon arrival we found a clean, well maintained property in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped,making it easy to prepare meals instead of having to rely on hitting the many good restaurants in the Las Cruces area. Having its own laundry facilities is also a big plus. All furnishings are comfortable. All in all, we felt right at home during our month long stay.
The only glitches that we faced could just as well have been experienced at home. The coffee maker quit at the midpoint of our stay. High winds knocked out the satellite service one week before the end of our stay. The staff took care of both of these problems in a timely fashion.
The entire home is modern and beautiful! However, we had issues with the over-all cleanliness finding the kitchen trash can and vacuum cleaner looking like it had been left in a dust storm, and a safety razor's protective plastic on the shower floor in the corner. The beautiful brown shower tile gave me willies when I wiped it, and a yellow film covering its entirety came off on the cloth; I had to wipe the outside surfaces of the cupboards, microwave, and stove which had splash marks/spots on them, and I had to vacuum behind and around some of the furniture. Most of these things we did upon our arrival. Little things were not attended to: there wasn't a sharp knife in the place; the can opener didn't open cans; the steamer had lost a leg and was unusable; the washer was so off balance that it shook the entire house. We reported a leak in the upstairs bathroom sink upon our arrival; we never heard from the owner in the month we spent there; in order to keep the leak from damaging the cupboard we put a plastic food saver under the leak to catch water; there was about a liter of water in that food saver when we left. The back courtyard was beautiful, but the cushions on the furniture were a disgrace. They were ripping apart and smelled of urine. I would take out a kitchen chair to sit outside. It's too bad this house isn't loved because upon entrance, it is a beauty. By the way there was a problem getting a mailbox key, but it was resolved within about a week.

This is our 10th homestay while on our trip around the USA from New Zealand and it is up there with one of the best.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it's perfect for a family or group of 3 couples.
It is a nice home & close to everything in Las Cruces! We enjoyed it tremendously.
This townhome is very clean, has high quality mattresses and garage parking. This is our second visit with this particular townhome group and have enjoyed it each stay. Cushions on outdoor furniture are worn and need replacement, but still useable to enjoy the clean, fresh summer New Mexico evenings. Will be sure to rent here again!
