This is our 10th homestay while on our trip around the USA from New Zealand and it is up there with one of the best.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it's perfect for a family or group of 3 couples.
It is a nice home & close to everything in Las Cruces! We enjoyed it tremendously.
This townhome is very clean, has high quality mattresses and garage parking. This is our second visit with this particular townhome group and have enjoyed it each stay. Cushions on outdoor furniture are worn and need replacement, but still useable to enjoy the clean, fresh summer New Mexico evenings. Will be sure to rent here again!

This house was everything we needed. If there was anything that we needed within the house, the property manager was responsive in a reasonable manner. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again in the future.
This like-new, fully furnished and equipped townhome in a quiet residential neighborhood was perfect for our party of five after a day of exploring the Las Cruces area. Check-in and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The only maintenance glitch, a chirping smoke detector (low battery) , was handled quickly and efficiently. Having the two car garage was especially convenient for loading and unloading the car. We will be returning to the Las Cruces area again in the near future and hopefully this place will be available again.
Located in the core of the Las Cruces entertainment district, including restaurants, cinemas, bars, parks, and quick access to I-25 & Hwy 70.
