Sunny, renovated, and classy apartment in one of DC's best and most convenient neighborhoods, straddling Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan.

Street parking is possible but a good walk is likely, we are also nearby many parking garages.
Includes Wi-Fi, Cable TV, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, sheets, etc. Great for short or long term stays.
Fair housing laws enthusiastically followed.

This was a great place to spend 5 nights! The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities that we needed (dishwasher detergent, laundry pods and dryer sheets were a bonus). Although I would recommend to the owners getting a pizza pan/cookie sheet to use in the oven and also a broom. There was tons of closet space and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to the Dupont Circle Metro station - about a 10 minute walk. We did not meet the property manager but she was quick to answer her phone and answer our questions when we needed her. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the D.C. area!!
Property was clean and as advertised.
Fantastic location for bars, restaurants etc. and about 15 minute walk to DuPont Circle Metro. Handy parking garage on Florida Ave nearby.
Apt. Had 1 Queen, 1 twin and 1 bathroom. Maybe little small for 2 couples but adequate.
Would certainly recommend to friends.
We had only email contact prior to our stay. Received all the instructions for entry in advance. Clean apartment was great for our family of 4. Had no problem accessing the apartment. I would recommend allowing guests to "pay it forward". If someone purchases and leaves behind something that would help a fellow traveler leave it in the apartment (i.e. sunscreen, an umbrella, laundry soap, buys subway cards that still have fare balances, coffee, tea, etc.). Put it in a cupboard and put a note saying items left by others to make your stay more pleasant...use at your own risk. We stayed at a rental home that did something like this and it was really neat. The apartment has dishes, knives, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. (no baking/cookie sheet-this would be very helpful for frozen pizza or cookies). We needed more than two garbage bags and providing a supply of these is cheap and good management. The beds are memory foam, firm mattresses. Plenty of storage space in closets. We live in a rural state and don't experience big city life much. We felt completely safe; neighborhoods nearby were beautiful and architecturally interesting. Dupont Metro was nearby (1/2 mile). There seems to be one burner on the stove that doesn't work- not a big deal the other three work fine; as did the oven. The bathtub needs a stopper and please note the hot and cold are reversed (hot=cold and cold=hot) for showering/bathing. I would also suggest a bathmat for the floor to help keep towels clean. All in all we enjoyed our stay. I also recommend the Duplex Diner (next to L'enfant cafe on the corner) as having good comfort food and at least two waitresses who are awesome.
Apartment OK but looks better on pics. Wooden floors, we were kept up at night by niosy people above. Bedroms small and sofa bed in lounge very uncomfortable. No parking
We had a great stay in Washington, DC! Arlene, the property manager, was very helpful. The location in between Dupont and Adams Morgan was excellent and we were able to walk to many bars and restaurants. We slept 5 guests comfortably, but sharing the lone bathroom made it a bit cramped. The kitchen was a bit small, but had all of the appliances we needed during our stay. Overall, the trip was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again!
Great location on quiet street, yet walk to restaurants, cafes, clubs, and the White House! 1 block to the Hilton Hotel.
Easy walk to Metro Red Line and great bus service.
