We enjoyed this comfy and clean apartment - great location 4 blocks from metro, a block from some very enjoyable restaurants (Kerem - Ethopian; Red, White and Basil - Italian; Regent - Thai; L'Enfant - French). Neighboring apartments were generally quiet. It would be a bit small for more than 2 if staying for more than a couple of days (note - the bathroom for guests using sleep couches in living room is only accessible through the bedroom) , but perfect for a couple. Area felt safe to walk in at night. The manager Arlene was very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
We had a great stay! It was very easy working with the owners. Everything went as planned. The house is very clean and cozy. Cute decor. The stairs are tight to get on the second floor so I can see with large luggage it could be difficult. We were just there for the weekend so taking a little bag up is no problem. You can hear the neighbors walking upstairs. Didn't brother us but could be if you're sensitive to it at night. There is a bathroom downstairs and upstairs which makes it easy. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. We would stay again.
This unit lived up to the description of ammenities and was comfortable from the initial walk in moment. You can't beat the easy walk to Metro plus the myriad of international food and places of interest at your doorstep. I would recommend this unit for both short and longer term stays.
My wife and I stayed in this Adams Morgan rental suite for 5 days and enjoyed our stay very much. Location is perfect – walking distance to transportation (metro or bus) and great restaurants (try Keren restaurant for tasty and affordable eats). Suite was extremely clean and well equipped with all possible kitchen appliances you would need for a stay this length. Pictures are representative of the suite – large kitchen and lounge area with a small but functional bathroom - all you need for a short stay.
We would recommend this suite to travelers looking to stay a little off the beaten path while still having all the necessities while traveling through or visiting Washington. Thank you!
I come to D.C. all of the time for work and this apartment was like coming home at night rather then a hotel. It was lovely, well equipped, and in a great location. It was easy to work, relax, and get around D.C. I hope to be able to stay again and again.
The listing description and pictures were accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was very responsive to questions. The Metro was a short walk away, which made sightseeing easy. Check out Jack Rose, the nearby whiskey/bourbon bar featured on Best Bars in America. I would definitely recommend this apartment for others traveling to DC, and wanting more of a local experience.
Great location on a quiet street, yet walk to restaurants, cafes, clubs, and the White House! 1 block to the Hilton Hotel.
Easy walk to Metro Red Line and great bus service.
