Sunny, renovated, and classy apartment in one of DC's best and most convenient neighborhoods, straddling Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan.
This beautifully decorated furnished two bedroom, one bath apartment comes with a Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, plus 2 futon sofa sleepers in the living room. It is great for family and friends, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Street parking is possible but a good walk is likely, we are also nearby many parking garages.
Includes Wi-Fi, Cable TV, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, sheets, etc. Great for short or long term stays.

Apartment is in a great location. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The National Mall is about a 20 minute walk. The apartment itself is clean and quiet. Management answered any questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
Good location and sunny apartment on a quiet block. Building manager was very helpful.
My family of 6 enjoyed this location on a recent 5 day visit to DC. A well kept apartment with plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to our place with a nice property manager to call upon arrival. Be prepared to have an adventure in parking, but easily resolved with the garage parking at the nearby Hilton. Plenty of little restaurants in walking distance and the Rite Aid is not too far away for most grocery/personal items you might need on vacation. There is a bit of a hike to the Dupont Circle Metro Station, but you get used to it....and you get to see other shops/sights along the way. Definitely would recommend this location, as well as come back for a visit, now that I know how to tackle parking and the Metro walk. By the way, try Duccini's carry out pizza on U Street if you get back from the walk and need someone else to make dinner! The CakeRoom is also a fun little place for dessert afterwards. : -)
This was a really good apartment. Location is very nice and very convenient for DC walking, Uber, Lyft, bus or Metro (six blocks away). Some great restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as Glen's grocery store (all locally sourced products). The apartment is very nice and well appointed. The modular furniture in the living room is one of the most comfortable "sofa beds" I have ever slept on. The cookware choices are a bit limited and cheap quality, and the bathroom is dated, but hey, it's a vacation rental (very typical). Would rent this again in a heartbeat. The apartment and building are clean and well maintained. It appears there are quite a few units in the building which are doing the vacation rental thing.
The property was very clean and a great location. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have a few more pots and pans. But there were plenty of linens. Arlene was very responsive to my emails and quick to respond. The bathroom did have some plaster issues and the wood flooring was chipped in an area. Overall it won't change our decision to stay here if we are in DC again.
I would highly recommend this location to others. We spent a week at this location in D.C. It is 5 blocks from the metro station, and there are a variety of restaurants in walking distance. We even walked to the grocery store to get our groceries. The place was very clean with all of the conveniences of home. We loved the number pad security locked door code, and that you change it to your own code while you are there. It was easy for the kids to remember when they went out on their own, and we didn't have to be concerned with them loosing a key! A key tip for others visiting D.C. if you are vacationing for a week, pay for the weekly metro pass. It was $36 for the week to travel anywhere on the metro AND the metro buses. We parked our car on day one and never used it! We found a cheap parking garage nearby for $16 per day ( on Florida Ave NW at 20th St. on the north side of Florida Ave right next door to Flywheel Sports). There are more expensive parking garages in the area also. We truly enjoyed staying here for our vacation.
Great location on quiet street, yet walk to restaurants, cafes, clubs, and the White House! 1 block to the Hilton Hotel.
Easy walk to Metro Red Line and great bus service.
