I come from tropical Malaysia. I live in West San Jose. My passion is real estate so it is only natural that I am a real estate broker. I started managing my own rental properties since 2004. I also manage rental properties for my clients. I want every rental experience to be a good one.
Why they chose this property
This is a second home for our family as we really like the beach resort setting. We plan to move here permanently when we retire. We like the privacy of this unit with no neighbors above or below. As an end unit, there is only a neighbor on the left side, leaving the other side with plenty of windows to let in natural light and to catch the lovely ocean breeze.
What makes this property unique
One of the best floor plans in the resort. There are 2 large master suites with king size beds. One master suite with balcony overlooking the pool and the deep blue ocean. There is a fully equipped kitchen (remodeled in March 2018 with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new cabinets) to cook up a storm if you choose not to dine at the wonderful sanderlings restaurant. Washer, dryer in unit. Daily housekeeping option is available at additional cost.
