Well-kept, historic, Victorian era 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the heart of the city. Same family owners and management for 20+ years. Easy access to local eateries, bars, and all manner of services, stores. Minutes from the capital; 8 blocks East of downtown Denver. You can walk, take the bus, or use a b-cycle to explore downtown and its surrounding neighborhoods. Easy access to Denver's bike trails too.

The apartment has polished hardwood floors, all new area rugs, linens, and kitchen ware. The kitchen and bathroom are bright and clean. One off street parking spot for your convenience.

The apartment has 1 queen bed in the bedroom; and a full-size fold out sofa in the living room. Therefore, the apartment can sleep up to 4 persons.

There is lots to see and explore in the area. The mountain foothills are only 30 minutes away. You can get to a ski area in 75 minutes.

Convient location, clean, equipped with all I needed.

It's less than a mile walk to 16th street mall. The kitchen had all I need to cook a meal a day there. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Came to Denver to visit family and this was the perfect place to stay while we there. It was nice, clean, and close to downtown. We were able to walk to and from the 16th street mall which was only about a mile away.

Great location and apartment!

We had a great stay! The place was what we expected and had everything we needed. The window AC unit was so great at night during the summer. The other rooms in the house stayed a bit warmer with fans on. Close to everything we needed in the city and a short run to the park!

Cozy

We happened to be in Denver on week of record highs. The bedroom had a window AC unit but the main room did not. Not sure if the unit could cool the entire unit. We kept the bedroom door closed to make sure it was cool for sleeping.

The tub is an old-fashioned claw foot tub and was a challenge getting in and out of. We didn't have a problem but I could see how someone might.

It was one of the apartments in this unit so there no type of outdoor seating area or views to speak of. None of this was make or break for our stay but things that would have been nice to know. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
