Only 1 block from Main Street and the center of town where all of the great attractions Murphy's has to offer are available. Very quaint two bedroom, two bathroom house located on a quiet court. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The master bathroom has a shower/tub and the second bathroom has a shower stall. There is a nice covered patio in backyard for relaxing or dining outside. Amenities Include: kitchen with all appliances, cookware and necessary utensils, BBQ, washer & dryer and all linens.

Home is in a homeowners association. There is one parking spot in front of the home for one car. All other vehicles must park on the street. Quiet time is after 10:00pm, please be respectful of the neighbors. Thank you.

We were in Murphys for a friend's special birthday, and had our children with us. We felt there was plenty of space for our boys to stretch out and play games in Ed and Christine's quiet, clean, and comfortable home. And we walked the block into town many times, it was so close and easy. We will definitely return!

Very nice semi detached house, private and very clean and well equipped. Pleasant stroll to downtown. Drove higher up to snowshoe. Lovely.

Cute, comfortable, clean and quiet with the perfect location!

My husband and I spent a week in Murphys after being on the road and in hotels for almost a month. The weather wasn't fantastic which made it really nice to have such a comfortable and quiet place to relax, regroup, cook in, and watch some movies on the rainy days. Ed and Christine's place is very well appointed and as everyone says in the perfect location! Tucked away in a quiet little cul de sac, yet a 3 minute walk to the charming main street of Murphys. Loved it!

Cozy, clean, and perfect location for all Murphys has to offer!

521 Surrey Ct. in Murphys is a great find. It's a two-block walk to town, set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac beside some huge and lovely old oak trees. The house is well-appointed, including the living room which is furnished with large comfortable couches and a lounge chair, making it the ideal place to relax after doing anything even remotely strenuous. Our favorite spot, however, was the back patio/yard. We spent hours sitting under the eves enjoying the clean mountain air and gorgeous fall colors. Thanks again Ed and Christine!

Great Home, Great Owners, and Great Location

My family stayed here and it worked out absolutely perfect. Accommodations were exactly as described. Such a great cozy home and just a few minutes walk from the center of downtown Murphy's. I will be trying to stay here every time I visit Murphy's. THANK YOU for having such a wonderful home available for me and my family =)

We have been visiting Murphy's for many years and fell in love with the charm and many attractions it has to offer. We currently live in a small town not too far from Murphy's and enjoy the quaint peaceful living.

Why Ed and Christine chose Murphys

We decided that we enjoyed visiting Murphys so much that we needed to have a place of our own that we could also let others use so they could experience all of the Murphys attractions and small town feel.

What makes this house unique

The charm of the property is one of the many reasons we decided to purchase. Also, being that it is only 1 block from Main St, it is a nice stroll to the heart of downtown.

Daily cleaning service is not included. If you would like daily cleaning services, please let us know when you book your reservation. There is an additional fee of $50.00 for each day of cleaning service requested. If there are more than four guests, an extra $25.00, per guest per stay, cleaning fee will be added to the entire stay. If your pets must stay inside the house, they are not allowed on the furniture at any time.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
