About this property

Our home is located on Pine Street, just blocks from the local shops, restaurants and beautiful historic sights that Kingston is known for. The house is recently renovated and has 2 stories. Upstairs there is one bathroom, a medium size bedroom with a closet, and the master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a king size bed. Downstairs is the living space which includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and one half bathroom. We have a small back yard that is fenced in.

We are looking a family with a child or two to come spend a couple weeks of the summer in our home while we are away. Kingston is a beautiful town with lots of history, but is also very up and coming and a very popular destination to people living in big cities. Our house is located a short drive to many beautiful parks, including state parks, and many other options to get outside and experience the nature of upstate New York. Woodstock is also a short drive, just 15 minutes, which is also a very popular destination.
