We have loved it so much at Tropic Winds that we just purchased this 2nd unit to insure our family always has a place to enjoy the beach. Check out our other unit in Tropic Winds #367486 which we have owned since 2011. Our guests have told us they love the unit and experience. We think this new one is equally as nice and the custom touches and walk in showers really make it exceptional. We just added custom pergo laminate floors to both bedrooms to really make the condo special!

Emerald Gulf Coast....beautiful, vibrant green/blue water, breathtaking view, the sound of the ocean, and the view of a BIG aquarium right from our balcony on the 22nd Penthouse floor at Tropic Winds!

Panama City Beach is one of the World's Most Beautiful beaches, with over 27 miles that stretch along the Gulf of Mexico. If you have ever traveled to Mexico or the Carribean, the aqua blue waters & white sand beaches will remind you of those tropical places!

This condo is pure luxury...we recently purchased this unit and it has never been rented. From the custom ceramic tile walk in showers to the plush mattresses and leather furniture...this condo is our home away from home!!

Our Penthouse Condo is located on the 22nd floor and has all the comforts of home and more. The main rooms (kitchen/dining room/family room) all have a beautiful traditional feel that will help you relax on your much needed vacation! The master bedroom has a Queen Sleigh Bed along with custom nightstands and a wonderful fold down desk/entertainment unit. The draperies are all custom made in Navy Blue to match the bedding and have sewn in blackout liners for that restful sleep. The master closet has all been done custom to maximize space and keep you organized. Your master bath is stunning as the ceramic tiled walk in shower and custom glass is just what you need after a long day at the beach!

The second bedroom also has a Queen Bed w comfy mattress, Tommy Bahama accent furniture, twin size daybed with pillow-top mattress, plantation shutters, custom closet and is decorated in a fun beach décor. The 2nd Bathroom also has a beautiful custom tiled walk in shower.

The living room is pure comfort with leather furniture and the entertainment center boasts a 55" Smart TV, Stereo and DVD Player. You can also watch all your favorite movies free on Netflix or listen to your favorite music on Pandora streamed through the Smart TV and the unit is equipped with high speed WIFI.

We have the largest Gulf-front balconies on the beach. The balcony is accessible from the family room and the master bedroom. You can either lounge or dine from the balcony area and watch the sun rise and set with the most radiant colors I have ever seen over the ocean. Furniture on the balcony includes a 4pc table and chair set for family dining. You will also have a high rise bar set and table and a very comfortable loveseat and coffee table. Your time on the balcony will have lasting memories as the view is breathtaking! We also only rent to 25 year or older & non-smokers only for our beautiful condo.

Pier Park is just minutes away, 900,000 sq. ft. open air complex that is the largest shopping and entertainment venue in the Northwest area of Florida. Pier Park has everything for everyone in the family, shopping, restaurants, kid entertainment, theaters, Dave & Busters and more. We enjoy going to Tootsies the original Honk Tonk from Nashville...Great music!

Panama City Beach and our beautiful Tropic Winds Penthouse is easily accessible from every where now that the 'Bay County International Airport' is open and has daily flights via Southwest and Delta.

Incredible Stay!

We wanted a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and we got one thanks to Robyn and her family’s wonderful condo. First, the condo is gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. It is fully stocked so you truly don’t need anything except food, clothes and maybe an extra roll of TP and paper towels. There are even beach chairs, toys, and floats in addition to the two beach loungers they have reserved each day. We were lucky and Hurricane Nate missed us but we truly felt like the place was cozy enough that if we had to stay in for a day of rain we wouldn’t even mind.

Second, holy balcony! For me, this was one of the best assets of this condo. The balcony is huge and they’ve made it so comfortable for relaxing. My partner, however, loved the couch recliners and nice sized tv! :)

Third, the condo was very quiet and we found the beach itself to be quieter than some we have stayed at further east.

Fourth, location. There aren’t a ton of restaurants within walking distance of this condo but there are a couple we walked to and on other nights we felt driving a little each evening for supper was well worth the trade off. We walked to Mikes Oyster Bar and Boars Head and really enjoyed both. Winn Dixie is just right up the road if you need groceries.

Last, convenience. This condo is located perfectly and is so convenient. The parking spot is right by the elevator and the elevator is very close to the condo (but not close enough to cause elevator noise!). The beach access is only a few steps away from the 1st floor elevator. It felt like we were never but a few steps away from where we needed to be.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely book again. Thanks Robyn and family!

The best condo I have stayed in on the beach! very nice, up to date, modern. From the appliances, floors, furniture every part of condo is nice. Robyn is awesome answered all questions. Great view and nice covered parking spot next to elevator. I recommend this unit 110%.

Luxurious condo

The unit has it all & shows the owners pride. High quality furniture, fully stocked kitchen & even washer/dryer! We loved having the beach loungers as part of our package for the week. Close to everything (shopping, dining, activities). We spent a lot of time at Pier Park @ drove down 30A where we enjoyed time at Seaside too! Just a great place. Owners are quite easy to work with. Loved this place!

Clean and Beautiful Inside and Out!

You can't go wrong with this unit! We've been renting beach homes/condos for 14 years and have had a few lemons but not this time. This unit exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely rent this unit again and will recommend it to others.

While the weather left much to be desired during our stay, the condo did not. It was VERY clean, comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated/updated. Everything was in working order. We spent a lot of time on the amazing private balcony admiring the view from the 22nd floor. (I really can't say enough about the balcony!!!) The only negative (and take this with a grain of salt as I'm extremely picky about mattresses) would be that the bed in the oceanfront bedroom sags when two people are in it. Not so much so that it would stop me from renting this unit again but it could use replacing in the near future. The leather couch with electric recliners, flat screens in living and bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, updated appliances, updated furnishings, updated flooring, updated bathrooms, (I could go on!) more than make up for it.

The complex itself is also well maintained and clean. They have both gas and charcoal grills in a very nice common area with chaise and Adirondack chairs and a Jacuzzi facing the beach. (Also a great place to watch the sunset!) Elevators were slow and full on the day we arrived but we had no significant delays on the days after. The fitness center only contains cardio equipment (hubby & son were hoping for weights) and the indoor/outdoor pool is small so take note if those things are important to you. They weren't to us and didn't impact our stay in the least.

The covered assigned parking space is a great plus! No need to get out in the rain or pull up to load/unload and then go park. The spot is literally across from the elevators and there are hotel carts for loading/unloading. Didn't think too much about this prior to arriving but once there, we greatly appreciated it!!!

Lastly, can't say enough about the owner. She was very helpful and responsive to any communications. The check-in packet received prior to arrival included everything we needed and more. Incredibly smooth process from booking to check-out. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

We love all the on-site amentities including the indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, charcoal & gas grills, picnic tables, saunas and the workout room that over looks the ocean! Beaches, location to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, fish market...everything is very convienient! Pier Park is a favorite of ours to and check out Tootsies, kid friendly until 8:00pm and the bands are good and lots of fun! Many other things to do there to, shopping, restaurants, theater, and lots of kid friendly things to do!
