403 E. Worth Street in Grapevine is the place you decided to make your home away from home. The home was built in 1935 and is of the Craftsman Era. To my knowledge I became the 5th owner when I purchased it in April 2013. 403 is a Landmark Home in the City of Grapevine. Because of this, changes that are made to the home are under a rigorous approval process. This property can be rented out for any occasion. At this moment it can sleep 6 and soon it will able to accommodate 8. Parties, Showers, Reunions, Anniversaries, and many more occasions. If so desired, the entire house can be rented for the many events and festivals Grapevine has to offer.
Cooking is one of my passions. Special dinners can be prepared. Wine tastings, bridal shower and baby shower type foods can be made available. Please ask for packages if interested. Most important of all relax and enjoy this time you have carved out for you.
This property is walking distance to many of the Grapevine festivals, wineries, shopping, train depot, restaurants, and seasonal events. It is a short drive for the many Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas. This unique home has all the amenities for a great get away.
Lovely home, friendly home owner! Quaint town, we had a great visit!
This charming and warmly decorated cottage provided my family the perfect retreat for making sweet Thanksgiving memories. Tucked several blocks off of historic Main Street, the house is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping but is also sheltered from noise and traffic. We enjoyed staying in for most of our visit, from cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, to reading and watching TV in the comfortable common areas, to enjoying the fire pit and ample seating on the back patio. Linda was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. We all felt truly treated to real southern hospitality during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the area, and we hope to return soon.
We will hold this wonderful family vacation dear to our hearts. Linda's home is perfectly charming in every detail, from the moment you swing open the white picket gate. Our extended and scattered family was out for a wedding, so spending time together was top priority. Besides wedding festivities and a few forays to the equally charming downtown two blocks away, we hardly left the house. We cooked and swam and visited in the many areas to sit and relax from the front porch, comfortable TV room, kitchen or back porch and pool area. The beds were very comfortable, as well. Thank you Linda! We hope to return one day.
We had such a wonderful stay here on our girls reunion weekend - it was absolutely perfect!!! Would definitely come back!!
