Welcome to San Francisco! Whether you are here for business or for fun, if you're bringing your family to San Francisco, this may be the place for you! Enjoy three bedrooms upstairs, full kitchen and living/dining area with patio and BBQ. Downstairs is a family room that can be used as a large 4th bedroom with half bath.
Backyard and Barbecue: Please enjoy our garden and yard. Help yourselves to any lemons, apples, or vegetables you like. A gas barbecue can be found in the backyard on the concrete pad next to the structure. Instructions are in the welcome guide you will receive prior to checking in.
Living Room Stereo: Please feel free to use the stereo found in window seat cabinet, 2nd from left. There you will find an audio plug labelled “iPod” which you can plug your device into to play your music.
Please be mindful of very loud music in evening hours, and during quiet hours, 10pm - 8am.
Board Games Please feel free to play the games found in window seat cabinets. Kindly return each game and all its contents to original box/container when finished, and return to cabinet.
There are no laundry facilities available, however, there's a laundromat a block away on San Jose Ave. We suggest checking Yelp for dry-clean/laundry delivery services.
You'll be staying in our home when we are out-of-town, so please contact our co-host, HostWell, should you need anything or have any questions.

Balboa Park: 2 blocks south on San Jose Avenue—large grass fields, tennis courts, picnic areas, and children’s playground.Feel free to use any sporting equipment found in landing to downstairs.
San Francisco Public Library Excelsior branch: 4400 Mission Street @ Cotter Red Sea Market: at corner of San Jose and Santa Rosa—local market for sundries, and best pizza on this side of town.
Roxie’s Food Center: at corner of San Jose and San Juan, lots of snacks, and awesome sandwich shop.
Many markets, restaurant, and bar options on Mission Street 3 blocks to the East.
Laundry: Laundromat is on San Jose Ave. 1 block walk.
Family food favorites include: Zaab Thai, Hwaro Korean, Taqueria Guadaljara, Tao Sushi, Mr. Ts.
You have access to the entire house, apart from the garage and a closet in the master bedroom with our personal clothes and linens.
Our home has an Arts-and-Crafts style open floor plan with a boxed beam ceiling in the dining room, opening onto a spacious deck. Just off the kitchen is a large space that's perfect for a quick breakfast, setting up the laptop, or just for some coffee from the Keurig Café (we supply the coffee pods and sweeteners).
The three bedrooms are all on one level and the master bedroom has a nice Twin Peaks View . Two of the bedrooms are perfect for kids, with three twin beds. There is one full bath upstairs.
Downstairs, you'll find a huge finished family room with a television and a half-bath. This space has a queen sleeper sofa, and can double as a fourth bedroom.
J-Church MUNI Light Rail stop at San Jose Avenue and Santa Rosa—closest public transportation and simplest route downtown via Noe Valley, the Mission District and Market Street corridor.
BART stations to North [Glen Park] and South [Balboa Park].
14 and 49 MUNI bus lines are 3 blocks East on Mission Street.
