The home is immaculate and luxurious with the finest of hardwoods and ceramics. The first level has a family room and half bath. The second floor has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with lots of windows for the light and the view of downtown from your patio deck. The third floor consists of two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master has a full en-suite and walk-in closet and patio with an unobstructed view of St.John`s harbour.

Marje is the property manager and is born and raised in St. John's. Marje's maternal grandparents lived in the historic Battery and her paternal grandparents grew up on Signal Hill. Marje says, "It's so beautiful, why would you want to leave?
She lives two minutes away on the way to Quidi Vidi.

A very comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed it very much, so close to everthing...Much to see....Most enjoyable.
The Brownstone is located in a perfect place to explore all of the city of St.John's by foot. We were meet at the property by a wonderfully friendly Marje who gave us the information we needed about he unit and then answered some questions we had about St. John's. See was available at anytime should we have a question. The unit itself is clean and well appointed. Has a good view of the harbour from the master bedroom. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay while visiting St. John's and the surrounding area.

My wife and I really enjoyed the Battery property. Excellent location, quiet area, 15 minute to the downtown core and easy access parking. The property manager Marge was great to work with and checked in regularly with us to make sure everything during our stay went well.
The property is ideal for 2-4 people, highly recommend and we will definitely be going back!

The beautiful brownstone is within walking distance of many attractions -- 3 min walk to the Terry Fox Memorial! It was a pleasure to come back to after a day's activities.
This brownstone sits at the foot of Signal Hill, a great walk with stunning views of the city. Quidi Vidi Lake and historic Quidi Vidi Village are a stone's throw away. You are at the top of the oldest street in North America, Water Street, and the very interesting stores on Duckworth Street. Charm and colour surround you with the brightly painted jelly bean houses that St. John's is so famous for. Come and Enjoy!
