Great house close to town!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay here! The house and particularly the wood stove were a welcome sight after an especially rainy hike back down from Hidden Lake. The house is close to the trailhead (around 10-15 minutes away). It's also minutes from the Marblemount Cafe (which was delicious) and the rest of the restaurants/the ranger station in Marblemount. Mary was very accommodating and responsive. She even let us park one of our cars in the driveway a day earlier than our booking.

Excellent location

Really nice house very close to north cascades NP, the weather wasn't great while we were there but I imagine a BBQ down by the river would have been amazing.

Good basic place. Beds and kitchen nice, dishes & and condiments were excellent, cGreat wood stove

  • 3 of 5

Good basic place...everything was satisfactory. Bedrooms were excellent & beds. Nice living room space and great wood stove. Need DVD player in living room not just bedroom. Bathroom was just ok...not clean as like it. Couldn't get shower to work at first due to a hidden shut off lever on top of shower head. But would probably rent again for men's group if in area again

Comfy and Cozy

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful house with all the comforts of home. Well stocked with just about anything you may need. Came up to Marblemount to float the river and see the bald eagles, would love to come back and stay during the summer and do some hiking. Highly recommended.

Nice Charming place; but was smelling !!!

  • 3 of 5

Its a great house; location was awesome, conveniently located near the town; however the place was not clean. There were pet hair and pet smell everywhere. Third bedroom was swamped with lot of residents' personal belongings and was smelling really bad. Other than that it was a pretty charming house, great location right by the river, the housekeeper and her husband very nice and helpful !
