About the property

Very comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse located in a great area.

Across the road from 2 surfing spots, one spot, Freights, is great for beginners. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Miami beach. Very close to Oistins and the famous Friday Night Fish Fry. 10 minutes drive from the airport.

The Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are upstairs with walk in closets and en suite bathrooms. Both are air-conditioned. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom. The living, dining and kitchen are open plan with a lovely breezy private patio off the living room.

It is located in a closed gated community so safe for kids and is very quiet.

I originally choose this townhouse due to its proximity to the surf spots. My son is an avid surfer and it was perfect for him growing up. Safe, private and peaceful place to be.
