6 bed 5 bath house with heated pool/spa, game room, bikes & minutes to beach

This luxury home offers sweeping Gulf and Bay water views from the rooftop deck, a private heated pool with spa, a Foosball table, X-box gaming system, outdoor covered lanai with bar and TV- and much more! Tucked away on a quiet residential street, this home is just a short 2 minute stroll way from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and just 3 minutes from the historic Bridge Street-where you can enjoy local restaurants, shops, a fishing pier and even a miniature golf course for the little ones! Very close to the marina. A great solution when looking to rent a boat for the day or better yet, bring your boat and keep it conveniently right next to you at the Marina- either wet or dry storage available.

There are 6 bedrooms- 4 with king beds and one with 2 twin beds and a 6th with bunk beds. During the day, it makes for a perfect place for the kids to hang out and enjoy the X-Box gaming system or the cool old-style stand up arcade video game with over 200 games, including Galaga, Mrs Pac Man, Pac Man, Donkey Kong and many more! The kids will have a blast and we suspect the adults will be sneaking in some playing time as well It is set away from the main living area if the parents are looking for some of their own "adult space". Sleeps 10 in beds, 12 total with pull out sleeper sofa in 6th room. Property also features a foosball table on the lanai next to the pool.

We are also one of the few agencies with a focus on homes from Anna Maria Island to Siesta Key. Great Large Family Vacation Home

  • 4 of 5

*Location, 5 minute easy walk to Bradenton Beach and other nice beaches are just a 5 minute drive. Cute shops and restaurants are literally a few blocks away.

*Home is decorated beautifully and there is plenty of space for a large group to sit comfortably. Large driveway for the group to all park easily. New laundry machines that are easy to use. Clean kitchen with all nice new appliances. Plenty of seating for dinners at the table and seating around the kitchen island.

*Large balconies off several of the bedrooms to enjoy the sites and fresh air.

*Each adult bedroom is a serene beach theme and the linens were nice. Tv's in each bedroom for late night watching.

*Overall, the house is lovely, very modern and comfortable.

*The owners have a binder with all the basic house info and things to do.

*Located right next to a marina where you can rent boats, jet skis, dolphin tours, etc.

*Odd that simple items like a salt/pepper shaker is not a staple at the house--we had to purchase. I guarantee that each time a family rents the house these basic items are left--with good intention for the next house guests to use but when the home is cleaned these "simple extras" are either trashed or collected by the cleaning staff for their own use.

*Overall, the house was not as stocked with amenities as homes I've rented before. Examples: no board games, movies for DVD, minimal pool toys.

*Beach cart (wheels falling off) and beach umbrella needs replaced.

*XBox was missing a cable and unusable. A previous renter had mentioned this in her review so unsure why this hasn't been fixed.

*Most of the batteries in the remotes were not working.

*House was very loud, lots of tile and not enough rugs to minimize noise.

*A shoe bin by the front door to keep all the shoes together and minimize sand going on the tile.

*Don't let the cleaning crew strip basics that house guests leave. Surely the next renters would be happy to use. (Salt/pepper, left over trash bags, detergent, seasonings, pool/beach toys)

*Nicer beach towels

*More rugs throughout the home to minimize noise issues. Rugs with rubber backing as the current rugs are dangerous. Many of us almost fell on them.

Overall we had a really great time and would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Wonderful house!

  • 5 of 5

We had such a blast and enjoyed everything about this home! The pool area was perfect for our family - and the living/kitchen area was perfectly set up. Bedrooms were all a great size and plenty of bathrooms for all! Owners were so wonderful to work with. Can't wait to return! Remember to bring soap, dish/laundry dtgt, and other misc items like that as they are not supplied.

Family Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Great for families. Good location. Modern home. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to beach and restaurants and boat rentals. Some small issues with maintenance but should be easily corrected. We would return.

Wonderful Family Vacation

  • 5 of 5

My family which included 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, husband and 3 granddaughters had a wonderful experience staying at this property. There were a few issues but they were handled immediately. Claire did a fabulous job making our stay without any problems. The house is within walking distance to the beach and into town. Ice cream was a nightly walk, along with looking at the beautiful sunsets. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We were 10 people and the house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms. A TV in each bedroom was a plus. Also the kids loved the PacMan Machine, Foos Ball table and the great pool. The pool area was nice because it was covered. We ate outside when we grilled. All in all a wonderful experience. We would come again.

Spring break 2017

  • 4 of 5

Over all experience was very good. All the grandchildren had a great time

And want to come back.

Master suite bed could be better. Linens as a whole need more attention.

Sheets and towels not in good condition. Some should definitely be replaced.

Car: not necessary

Definitely come here for the sunsets, but plan to stay for the

sunrises, too. Anna Maria Island—a wisp of a seven-mile island

along Florida's West Coast—is a place that revels in the end of day.

As the sun slips spectacularly past the horizon, bongs clang, music

plays, cameras click, and viewers try to guess the exact time of

daylight's finale. Yes, it's a nightly celebration not to be missed, but

come morning, visitors still will find plenty to do until the evening

ritual starts anew.

Just an hour's drive from Tampa, the mostly unknown strip of

paradise beckons to those who want to relax and hide out—as many

celebs do. You're likely to see Stephen King, Jerry Springer, tennis

diva Maria Sharapova, Moody Blues' Graeme Edge, or Jimmy Van

Zandt strolling along the beach or in one of the shops or

restaurants. But for the rest of us who don't have to worry about the

paparazzi, the island offers laid-back, luxurious accommodations

and sensuous beaches in a tropical setting.
