The room itself looks great and was comfortable. We did find several roaches in the room. The property itself is horrible. The paint is peeling everywhere. The pool is disgusting. The parking lot has pot holes and is way too small. Would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you are going to the beach and venturing out and just going back to the room to sleep.
The room was newly remodeled and very nice. The outside look of the building kinda scares you when you first Drive up. Huge pool, great beach weather was turning cooler had a few roaches but all in all great weekend.
we liked the studio condo we stayed in but my wife did find a cockroach in the bathroom and it freaked her out thoroughly for the night. we also had sand on top of the outer sheet when we arived which was from the top blanket. we just didnt use the top blanket and were fine sleeping. the place looked nice inside and had a nice view of the beach. it was also in a good location near pier park
Wonderful view, easy to access. However roaches were an issue, internet service did not work and when I called to ask for assistance the response was "You do not have internet because there are so many users and that always happen..." No solution.
Other than that, it is a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.
My friend and I were pleased with the unit and would return. Ease of access to beach can't be beat.
The property is dated, but the unit itself exceeds expectations based upon.building outer appearance. Accommodations were comfortable and quaint. People who live on property were very friendly and polite. Would recommend this place.
