Why Lou Ann Ledbetter - Property Manager chose Downtown
The owners of this property wanted to be a part of the ongoing rejuvenation of Downtown Memphis, and purchased this property in 2007. It had been vacant for decades, but was located at what some would consider the best location in Downtown Memphis (Main and Union). The restoration has taken 8 years (thus far!).
What makes this Apartment unique
Location. Apartment overlooks Main Street in the middle of everything yet private! This is a comfortable, relaxing apartment with a personality!

Super clean, fully stocked home, and such a great location. Lou Ann was so great to work with, easy to communicate with, and gave us so much info on things to do while in Memphis. We will absolutely try and book with her again when we return!!
Beautiful place, friendly owner and great location!
The property was very nice, and all the people we dealt with were helpful & friendly. It was a rainy, cold weekend - would love to stay there again when weather is more cooperative!
Perfect spot to enjoy downtown Memphis!
Easy directions and access to city, parking, building, elevator, and unit, quick replies from hosts to any questions, perfect location, clean, fun, and well-appointed space -- we had a blast! Thank you!

Lou Ann and Steve were really nice and helpful we would stay there again, clean and great location
Very nice! Great place to stay.
Had a great time! Condo was very nice! Only thing needed was access to a broom or mop. We were there for the Memphis Music Festival and of course it rained. Had access to nothing to clean the floors with.
The broom mop etc is stored on hanging rack on back of laundry room closet door. Thanks for letting us know this was not easily findable as we've not posted this in our information sheet. Steve and I are always a phone call or text away to meet the needs of our guests! Thanks so much for staying with us and hope to see you return!
nice place for a family
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and allowed our teenage athletes to walk to and from the convention center. Although difficult to find on our own, Lou Ann and Steve were readily available to guide us through the different streets and alleyways. Lou Ann made great efforts to personalize our stay with our requested kitchen items and was able to provide us with a late check-out since there was no immediate turn over. I wish that there was a full service market within decent walking distance and that the immediate area was not so abandoned. Our main problem was with the internet, which our family worked extensively with Lou Ann and the internet provider to fix with no success. Lou Ann did provide an alternative that minimally helped. Confirm that it is working before arrival or bring a "hot spot" if it is critical to have access.
If we are back in Memphis again for a tournament, we would stay in that unit again.
Thank you for the nice review and I am so disappointed your family suffered the internet problems which has been resolved. After the visits by our internet provider, Steve found the problem was following a recent upgrade there was a cable loose that unfortunately was missed during the troubleshooting visits and we are up and running again! You were very understanding and again we apologize for this atypical outage during your stay and hope to make this up to you on a future visit! Lou Ann
Main and Union. Welcome to the center of Downtown Memphis! From here, you can walk practically anywhere - Beale Street, the Fedex Forum, the Orpheum, the Pyramid, you name it! Just to the west over the bluff is the Mighty Mississippi river. Just down the hill to the east is the Peabody Hotel and the Rendezvous. Walk out of your front door onto the Main Street Mall. There is truly no better downtown address than where you have chosen to stay!
As you will see from the photos, this unit is a newly renovated 2bedroom, 2bath space in an historic building. It has coded elevator access and is very private considering it's location, which is right in the heart of Downtown Memphis.
Memphis is a city with a real soul. Anyone who has lived here for a period of time has felt it. Most who have have moved away will tell you that their new place of residence does not have it. Other cities may be larger, or have more history, but none have more soul! Enjoy your stay!
