About Robyn Carroll
About the owner: Welcome! My husband and I have lived in Savannah for more than a decade and are raising our young boys in the Victorian District. We love the slow pace of life and accessibility to almost everything. Most weekends we don't use the car! I have worked for a large hotel chain for the last 10 years and my husband is a contractor that restores old homes. Blending my hospitality back ground and his construction background for a vacation rental seemed an obvious next step. We are excited to show off our beautiful city to visitors. Please contact us with any questions.
Robyn Carroll purchased this Apartment in 2003
Why Robyn Carroll chose Victorian District
My husband bought this house in 2003 and it was his first major restoration project. The house had been vacant for 20 years or more and was quite a project. There are some before photos on display in the house. It was our home for many years and we only moved out recently when our family grew. This year we made some updates and thought it would be a great vacation rental spot due to it's proximity to the park and grocery store.
What makes this Apartment unique
Restoring homes in Savannah is a passion of ours. To see a vacant and dilapidated house returned to it's original state is not only amazing for the homeowner but for the neighborhood as well. With modern amenities and tasteful furnishings this home will enhance your stay in Savannah with comfort and allow you to visit like a local Savannahian.

Perfect Savannah home
We loved this house and it was perfect for out family when we came for the SCAD commencement.
Had a wonderful first visit to Savannah! Loved being so close to Forsyth Park. Would definitely recommend this lovely house!
We stayed here with another family of 4. It was a perfect location to Forsythe Park and a block from Kroeger. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. I would definitely recommend this apartment again!
Nice place - just like the pictures! Walk to the park and grocery store. Neighbor arguing and honking just outside our window late one night, but that is urban living. Still loved it!
Lovely and spacious in convenient location
First of all, you need to know that I am a tough grader and rarely rate anything 5 stars. This was a very nice place to stay, less than 2 blocks from a Kroger grocery store and not much farther from Forsyth Park. The kitchen was missing a pancake turner, which we added to the equipment, and we could not get the toaster to work. There were plenty of nice plates and drinking glasses in the kitchen, although there could have been a few more wine glasses - we added a couple from the dollar store up the street. The downstairs bathroom looks directly into the very close house next door - it could use a more opaque shade. The high ceilings, big windows, and very spacious upstairs make it a delightful place to be. We had to rearrange a bit to use the large dining room table for a family meal but found enough chairs in the various closets to make it work. We did not stay long enough to need the washer and dryer, but it was nice to know that they were available. We did not need to contact the owner during our stay, although we had the means to do so should it have been necessary - she provided all of the information needed in advance of our stay and refunded the security deposit very promptly. The neighborhood was a little noisy into the late evening but we felt quite safe walking home after a late dinner. In short, we would stay there again happily and can recommend it especially for two couples or two singles wanting a bit of their own space.
It is a very nice place to stay. Mom and Dad had a bedroom on main floor while son and his family had a place to hang out upstairs. The living area had enough space for everyone to gather together.
