New and stunning-bright and spacious, self catering Holiday Home. The Albufeira golf academy (incl. Bar & Restaurant) located next door is run by renowned player Daniel Silva. Brejos is located on a hilltop overlooking the beautiful old White Washed Moorish Village of Albufeira, The new Town has a lively night life scene. There are only 30 units in this New village type development, resembling a typical duplex design. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people as the living room has 2 couch/beds which can sleep 2 people. It is fully furnished and fully air-conditioned with a very roomy entrance hallway. The living/dining room has a balcony off it. The main bathroom has a full size bath,bidet, WC & wash basin. The smaller bathroom has a small bath, WC & wash basin, both are located off the spacious hallway and are tiled from floor to ceiling. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. The living room has Sat TV, 2 couches & coffee table.

Old and New Towns of Albufeira: The apartment is only a 5 minute drive (3 Euro Taxi ride) to the old fishing town, new Marina and the new town with all its' lively Pubs and night spots. It is possible to get a Taxi from the Taxi Stand at the nearby Municipal Bus Station in Calcos. The Bus Station is only 5 Muinuted walk from the Apartment. The Urban Bus Service runs right past the apartment , and at high season it operates every half hour to the old and new Towns. There are 2 beautiful Beaches overlooked by the old white washed Village, with its' traditional Moors appearance, typical of the Algarve. The old cobble-stoned streets wind their way to the centre of the old village, leading to an abundance of very reasonably priced restaurants. The fare served up includes traditional Piri-Piri (spicy chicken) and local fish/shell fish dishes.

Nearby Towns & Villages of interest: Guia is only 20 Minutes away with its beautiful restaurants and Beaches.

The town of Monchique and the associated Mountain Range is about a half hour drive away.

Monchique is famous as a Spa Town and must be visited, here you can see the real Rustic and Rural Portugal lifestyle.

Shopping and Recreational Facilities: The largest shopping complex in the Algarve is located in Guia, abot 20 Mni drive away from Albufeira.

It has all the designer shops a Food Hall with all the fasty food outlets + portugese traditional Restaurants.

It also has a Ten Pin Bowling Alley and a Multi-Screen Cinema Complex. The complex also has a huge choice of Sports Shops.

Location in Albufeira is excellent, only Minutes drive to Beaches, Old Town, Restaurants, Bars Shopping and Markets. Only 30 minutes drive, from Faro Airport on the A22 Motorway.

What makes this apartment unique

The Apartment is quite spacious, with 2 Bathrooms and is fully Air-conditioned. The Rear Balcony and Front terrace have alternating Sunshine all day long.

Swimming Pools and Gardens are a great facility and are located at the Apartment.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoke alarms are fitted. Beach Towels not provided. Electricity, Water & Gas Costs + Linen & Towels are included in Price + final cost of Cleaning/Laundry. Long-term Multi week/month off-peak Bookings are heavily discounted and are therefore on a Self Catering, Cleaning & Washing basis. A Washing Machine is provided to wash Linen and Towels. Children are very welcome, it is a child friendly complex. a Change of Linen is supplied for the duration of a 2 or more week stay. A thorough cleaning of Apartment takes place prior to arrival. The Balcony has a beautiful view of Albufeira by night, it has a table and 4 chairs, a clothes drying rack is also located here. The Apartment has Sat TV + WIF. The Kitchen is equipped with a Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Electric Kettle and Toaster and Breakfast Table & chairs The cooker has an overhead extractor, an electric Oven & Grill + 4 Gas Rings. An Iron & Ironing Board is also available.

Memorable and relaxing

Myself and my Girlfriend and another couple, stayed in this Apartment last July, for 12 days.

It was as described by the owner and even better, with 2 balconies front and back, which we did not expect.

It was spacious, modern and clean also in a great location. We used the Swimming Pool a lot, as it was 30C + at times being July and the aircon in the apartment was a gift.

We hired 2 scooters and spent most days at Santa Eulalia, beach more than fishermans, as it was a quieter beach with stunning views.

We tended to use the new town (strip) more, than the old town.

But loved 'shalom' restaurant in the old town, as it was recommended to us, by Dave. Fish and Pork here was the best, prices were amazingly cheap.

Also 'O'Poenta' near the apartment (Montechoro) was also recommended and it was our favourite eating spot. Food was amazing and you could get a 3 course with drink for €10, full of Portuguese most nights, I wonder why.

All in all a great holiday, all expectations met, will return again when work and funds allow.

Relaxing Holiday in a Clean, Spacious Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for a fortnight with our two teenage sons and younger son. The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area which ensures a good nights sleep which was important to us. We decided not to hire a car as we enjoy walking and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. The beach is about 25-30 minutes walk away, several big supermarkets are within 15 mins walk and the big bus station is about 10 mins walk away. There are several very reasonably priced restaurant within 5 mins walk (including Maxi Pizza where you can get a 50cm pizza for 10 euro!), my boys loved this! The bus stop is 5 mins walk away. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area for children and teenagers, there are a couple of great water parks within 30 mins drive and Zoomarine is also a good day out for kids. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, we didn't feel cramped at all. The air conditioning was great (and not too noisy), it was essential as it was very hot for most of our visit. If you want to eat in, the kitchen has everything you could need. The owner of the apartment was very easy to deal with from our initial enquiry until the return of our deposit. A local man met us at the apartment and give us a very comprehensive run down of essential information which meant that we quickly settled into holdiay mode. I would recommend this apartment if you want a relaxing holdiay but also like to be close by the busy nightlife.

The apartment was clean, and the location was very quiet which is what we wanted. A good 20minute walk to the centre but bus stop very nearby. The town centre perfect, restaurants excellent. We got a very detailed list of tips from the owner which was excellent. Lots to do for all ages, had two teenagers with us thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. Taxis very reasonable. We would definitely consider returning to this location.

Excellent apartment and a pleasure to deal with.

Myself and my Girlfriend and another Couple, stayed in this apartment for over a week, Last Summer.

We had never been to Albufeira or indeed to the Algarve before.

We booked this apartment in Quinta dos Brejos, on the basis of the fantastic Reviews we read, from previous Guests.

We certainly made the right choice.

The apartment had all the comforts and facilities you would expect at home.

The second Bathroom made a huge difference, with 4 Adults using the facilities.

The Kitchen was large and had everything you would need, but we only used it for breakfast.

Apartment was modern, spacious and very clean and within striking distance of the Old & New Towns and all that they had to offer.

We loved the Kioske Bar (overlooking the football stadium) only a few minutes walk away and used it for Lunch and watching Sport on the big screen. Some other lovely Restaurants and Cafes also nearby.

The rear balcony and front terrace were both sun traps, with great Views from the balcony.

I also loved the fact that the swimming pool and gardens, were located just across from the apartment.

All in all a great holiday experience.

Dave was great to deal with and very prompt in his dealings with us.

We would highly recommend a holiday here and will definitely return.

A great family holiday, in a fabulous apartment!

I travelled with all my family (2 adults + 2 children) and we stayed in this lovely apartment. It was the perfect place for us, the apartment is very big in size (much bigger than it looks in the photos), with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (plus kitchen, lounge and balcony). It is also very clean, tidy, new and with all the appliances and facilities we needed for our stay. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi is a major plus. The place exceeded our expectations; truly nice area and very peaceful too. Karon, the manager, was very helpful and really nice to us.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool to the fullest! We went in every day of our stay, very clean pool.

This apartment is also about 3mins drive away from 2 major supermarkets, about 5mins away by car from the beach and Albufeira town, probably 10mins by car from the marina. From Faro airport approx. 30mins with no traffic. A car is very much recommended, as everything is very close if you have a car. We even had a day trip to Lisbon, which is only 2.5hours drive away.

Communication with David, the owner, was always excellent before, during and after our stay; the service provided was great, answering all our questions and guiding us in how to move around the area.

Albufeira is a lovely town and the beach is a delight too. Weather was very good when we were there, about 30+C on average. It has truly been one of our best holidays.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and visiting Albufeira - I know we will def come back here!

Best stay I had in Portugal to date

Excellent Apartment and Location.

I and 2 friends spent 2 weeks in Quinta dos Brejos, in Mid-June. Apartment was even better than the On-line Photos suggested. It was Clean, Spacious and so very Comfortable. Facilities were first class. 2 Bathrooms, Air-con., 2 Balconies, Fab Kitchen, WIFI and Sat TV. We were glad of the Air-con and Swimming Pools, as temperatures peaked at 40C during our stay.

We loved the Front Balcony in the Evening Sun-shine and up to Sunset. We left the Car and walked into Town on most nights (15Minutes), for Dinner and Drinks. We tried 2 of Dave’s Restaurant suggestions, O’Poenta nearby and O’Manjar in the Old Town, both were outstanding and great value. We also used the Kioske Bar nearby, it had a Large Screen for the Football and it also served Breakfast, Lunch and Sandwiches. We cooked Lunch some Days in the Apartment, Kitchen had all the mod-cons and was very user friendly. We spent hours at the Swimming Pools and Gardens, so Relaxing and Therapeutic.

The question is not “will we be back” but when, work commitments allowing.

Dave’s help during the booking process and promptness in returning our Security Deposit, made for a memorable Holiday.

The old town of Albufeira was destroyed by the earthquake of 1755, much of it was subsequently rebuilt and the present town is a maze of cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. The old town houses an array of renowned restaurants, preparing the regions most delicious fresh seafood and Cataplana (grilled sardines), a local speciality. . Albufeira has access to 20 beaches including quiete Coves. Many have European blue flag accreditation, for cleanliness and safety, the facilities for beach sporting activities are too numerous to mention.

For evening entertainment the Strip in the new beach side of the town, has every conceivable bar and club, accounting for all tastes long into the morning. If you are a Golfing fanatic Albufeira has 2 main Golf Resorts, Balacia Golf Village and Clube Albufeira resort both offer facilities for almost any request. Gale and Sao Rafael are 2 Gems along the Albufeira coastline both have hidden beaches, cliff walks and the finest cuisine in the region.

Other Activities: The 'Famous 5' Golf Courses in Vilamoura are only 15 Minutes Drive

Golf: Albufeira has a choice of 8 Super Golf Courses within striking distance.

The Albufeira Golf Academy is located only a 5 minutes walk away from the Apartment.

There is a €50 surcharge per for both the 5th and 6th person.
