Well appointed 2bd/2 bath condo located at the highly desirable Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated community with lush landscaping of tropical flowers, palm trees and Koi ponds. From the Shores, you are in walking distance of the King's and Queen's shops, restaurants, gourmet grocery store and Anaehoomalu 'A-Bay' beach. The Shores at Waikoloa is perfectly located near the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel for conference attendees who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, free parking, and no resort fees! Within the gated community, you will find a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, and BBQs.

The condo offers 2 bedroom suites. One with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The large wrap around lanai offers views of the golf course and mountains. The lanai includes ample sitting for dining and lounging. Amenities includes free WIFI, a washer/dryer, air conditioning, hair dryer and beach equipment.

The moment we walked into this condo we felt it was the ONE! We had reviewed many properties and #206 really felt comfortable, spacious and welcoming! The beautiful furnishings displayed the splash of a decorator! After reviewing over 20 properties from South Kona to Waikoloa this was the one for us.

We have lived in a resort for over 40 years and know what we desire when on vacation and that is a place of comfort and relaxation!

Beautiful condo in the heart of Waikloa village.

This is an outstanding value. The condo is beautifully furnished, well-kept, clean and quiet. A lovely view of the Waikaloa Beach Golf Course 13th tee, lava outcroppings and Mauna Kea. Waikaloa Village is centrally located, with a number of shops, restaurants and access to Anaeho’omalu Bay. The property manager, Kerri, has been most helpful, even leaving a basket of fresh fruit, water and beer for our arrival! All towels, including beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and boogie boards. This is the best condo that we have ever rented!

Very comfortable condo and plenty of beach equipment for the kids

Kerrie made the arrival easy with emails and texts - really appreciated the organization. Also, during our stay she was helpful in suggesting a few things to do around the island. All in all a comfortable, nice, easy place to stay.

Spacious, light, and quiet. Very well-outfitted.

Lovely property with large comfortable lanai wrapping around the unit with golf course views, floor plan with good separation of the bedrooms. We thought the kitchen was among the best-outfitted we’ve had. We were very happy with the place. We would have appreciated later hours to be able to use the hot tub because it was closed at 9pm nightly (at pool on property). We had boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels for use which was really nice. The manager was super helpful, available for any questions, and we would most definitely stay again.

A great, affordable option in Waikoloa!

Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Has all the supplies needed for cooking and trips to the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There's a pool, tennis courts and a fitness center (although it's super easy to run within the resort community) literally steps away from the unit. The unit is a bit outdated compared to some other places at the resort community, but a nice place nonetheless. The property manager Kerrie was very helpful and easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely stay again!

A wonderful vacation spot.

The condo is exactly as the photographs indicate. The unit is well laid out and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and includes all the necessities and nice extras such as a blender, very handy for mixing icy cold beverages.

The location is excellent for exploring the entire Big Island. Hilo on the east side of the island is less the 90 minutes away. Kona about 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Local beaches and shops are only a few minutes drive and are within walking distance..

It was also nice to have beach equipment supplied. Towels, beach chairs, cooler and even snorkeling equipment is available for use while staying in the unit..

If a restful time is wanted, the lanai is located in peaceful location and a very nice swimming pool and hot tub are very close to the unit..

#206 The Shores is absolutely perfect - exactly what we were hoping for. Kerry, the property manager, is very helpful and responds almost immediately. We enjoyed wonderful beach walks just minutes from the door. We have visited the big island a few times and, for the first time, we have found the accommodation that meets all our needs. No need to look around any more - we have already made our 2019 reservation.
