This classic Mallorcan village house has been completely restored with great attention to detail and high cost high quality and modern. It is located in a quiet side street in a residential area of ​​the village Llubi. The modern and tastefully furnished house has about 250 square meters, a private garden with lawn and trees, ornamental plants, pool, barbecue area and several terraces. The living area is distributed on 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living areas each with SAT - TV and modern kitchen, which is the highest demands. Furthermore there is a garage for 2 cars, central air conditioning cold / hot in all living and sleeping areas. The house has a wireless internet access.

The distance to the fine white sand beach 'Playa de Muro' is about 15 km or about 20 minutes by car. Various restaurants, shops and banks are within walking distance. Tuesday's weekly market where fresh food of the region are offered.

The renting of the property basically refers to the Spanish legislation, in particular the Law 29/1994 from 24th November of urban leases. For this reason, the object for seasonal use will be provided. With this agreement, no kind of tourist services in relation to the tenant will be offered. The contract includes only the use of the object.

Traumurlaub in wunderschönen Ambiente

Nachdem wir anfnglich skeptisch waren, da wir noch nie ein Stadthaus gebucht hatten, haben sich unsere Bedenken komplett zerstreut. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Wunderschön, geschmckvoll renoviert und modernisiert mit tollen Bädern und einer super Küche. Die Kombination aus Haus mit Garten & Pool und der Möglichkeit mal eben zu Fuß ein Eis essen zu gehen oder ins Restaurant zu gehen hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch zum Strand waren wir nie lange unterwegs. Der Kontakt zur Agentur und dem Eigentümer war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohl & gut betreut gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses tolle Haus.
