Sleeps 8. The Indian Palms Country Club offers an additional resort style pool/spa, 5 tennis courts with lights, a gym, a driving range and 27 holes of golf (guests should inquiry with resort on applicable fees). There is also a bar and restaurant located at the clubhouse. Located right outside the gated community is the Empire Polo Club, home of Cochella Fest and Stagecoach Festival. Old Town La Quinta, the PGA West and Indian Wells are all within a 15 minute drive.

4. 100% is due if less than 60 days before arrival.
5. a ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation, and must be in writing. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival date will incur NO penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advanced payment. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE. Owner/Agent reserves the right to change reservation accommodations or refund all monies in full should property become unavailable due to circumstances beyond control.
