There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one en suite with a king bed and a second, smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Both bathrooms are located downstairs, one off of the king bedroom, the other off of the hallway. There is a third bedroom with a king bed upstairs. Also upstairs is a loft area with a pull-out twin, a chest of toys and a desk area.

Very clean and well stocked. Great location. Really enjoyed our time at the cottage and look forward to returning.
This house was a great location for our family while recently visiting St. Pete. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. The location was very quiet but within walking distance to the downtown area. We will be back!
Three of us stayed for 5 days in August. The double master bedroom set up was perfect. The cottage was exactly as described. Everything was clean and well maintained. AC, fans, lights, appliances all worked with no issues. The cottage is just a few blocks from all of the main attractions in the downtown St. Petersberg area. We will try to stay again if we come back to St. Petersburg.
It feels like you're home as soon as you walk in, from the beautifully decorated furnishings to the well equipped kitchen. Just the perfect place to rest and relax or enjoy the sights and entertainment only blocks away. We hope to stay again soon. Thank you David and Elizabeth for sharing your oasis with us.

I used the Hallock's place for a weekend get away. The hosts were polite and helpful and the house was perfect for what I needed. Great location for jumping off into St. Pete. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teen boys) had a great time staying in this historic property in the Northeast Historic section of St. Petersburg. The home itself was beautifully decorated and contained everything we needed for a week vacation. The booking process online was super easy and the owners were very accessible during our stay. Our favorite beach to go to was St. Pete's Beach (great for wave running and stand up paddle boarding) with Indian Rock being a close second. Our favorite restaurant was Guppy's at Indian Rock beach. This rental was ideally located to the waterfront marina and we enjoyed an evening walk every day to watch the pelicans diving for food. The downtown is filled with nice shops and restaurants and museums (great for a rainy day which we had during our week). This was a perfect spring break holiday for us! The house was super comfortable and immaculately clean. The street/neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. We would definitely rent this property again! Highly recommended!
