Our house is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Salt Lake City, 9th & 9th. Enjoy this beautiful living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1/3 of an acre yard fully fenced, original hardwood flooring and updated kitchen. There is an outside living room with fire pit as well as a dining area under a pergola. Keep your car safe and clean in a 2 car garage. There are fantastic restaurants, a coffee house, and one of the oldest theaters featuring Indie and cult classics, the Tower Theater.
We walked in full of wonder. What a truly lovely home. The owner was extremely gracious and made sure everything went well. Super clean and everything we could ask for was provided. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying in your lovely home.
Our daughter got married in Salt Lake City in the Fall. Cristy was very accommodating and the property was perfect for our stay! We had the rehearsal dinner along with a few other wedding events at the house. It was very roomy and had all of the amenities that we needed to host the perfect events that we had. Highly recommend !!!!!
We stayed here with 2 young kids (ages 7 and 5) . We unfortunately arrived on the hottest weekend of the year, and though the listing said it had A/C , as evaporative cooling units go-- it couldn't quite keep up. Not the owners fault... and even though the owners did their best to provide auxillary cooling units, the house was pretty hot and uncomfortable each night. It's an older property, so the windows, doors, etc are not super efficient. Still, beautifully decorated and fairly well maintained.
The backyard and patio were beautiful, and the kids had a blast playing there. The location is fantastic as we were able to walk (early morning before it got too hot!) to coffee shops and shopping. We enjoyed the large space downstairs and modern kitchen, but for the price, I expected a little nicer bedding, mattresses, and hotel-level accommodations in the upstairs, as well as no dust in the bathroom fans (it was fury) or under the beds. We all had allergies to the dust. We were there for such a short time, we didn't bother to call the owners, we were mostly out and about and just dealt with it. All in all-- great house, but I would recommend a lower price based upon the age and condition of the property.
Thanks Cristy and Keri.
Your home was very comfortable and charming.
We really enjoyed the big family room where we gathered and chatted about the day.
It was nice to socialize away from technology and alike.
The Trio restaurant across the way was great and it was very easy to nip down to Smiths grocery to gather a quick bite for lunch etc.
All and all we were impressed and will look you up again if we return to Salt Lake.

This home was welcoming from the minute we walked in the door. There were 5 teenagers and 3 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. Equipped with everything you need. Nice to have off-street parking. This location is really close to the University of Utah which was our destiny. Also, very easy to get to downtown and to reach any other part of the valley since you're fairly close to Foothill and a freeway entrance on 21st. Nice neighborhood to walk around in. We loved our stay!
