Enjoy the large bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, roomy closets, 32 inch flat screen HDTV, and walk-out doors to the balcony. This room, decorated in soothing colors, is completely private and has a FULL EN-SUITE BATHROOM featuring granite vanity top and tiled walk-in shower.

The living room has a calm tropical flair, tile flooring, a 42 inch flat screen HDTV, portable sound system, and DVD player. The sleeper sofa has a queen-size bed.

There is also a completely remodeled FULL BATHROOM with granite vanity, closet, and washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen that includes new refrigerator in 2014, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. There is a separate dining area with a table seating four, along with an additional two bar stools.

Show stopping views of the sugar-white sand and emerald waters will entrance you as you spend time relaxing outdoors. The 11TH FLOOR balcony is outfitted with clear sliding doors for year-round enjoyment. The unit is on a corner, offering unobstructed views and a front-row seat to savor the sunsets, beach activity and marine life!

A double BEACH CHAIR WITH UMBRELLA (early March to late October) is included with your rental for your entire stay.

About The Owner

We are a family of five from Saint Louis, Missouri. Among us, we have a saying, "We never get tired of coming to our condo in Panama City Beach. It seems like a wonderful new experience each time we are here." It gives us such delight to share our little paradise with family, friends, and now YOU!

The Owner purchased this condo in 1990

Why The Owner chose Panama City Beach

Our parents began vacationing in the Panama City Beach area back in the 1960s. We'd pack the car to near-bulging, drive non-stop, and race to the beach as soon as the wheels stopped rolling. In 1990 our parents took the plunge, purchasing Unit 1122 at Regency Towers. We became owners in 2008. The Regency is always a comfy home-away-from-home for us.

What makes this condo unique

Our 11th floor corner unit offers dreamy Gulf views in a wonderfully relaxed setting. The beach and all of the activities and delights it offers are only a few steps away.

Our condo is located on the east end of Thomas Drive, just far enough away from the more heavily trafficked areas yet close to loads of attractions, activities, restaurants and MORE!

Very comfortable and home like.

The property was perfect for our week long stay. All the amenities of home. The owners are not only helpful, but incredibly sweet and ready to make your stay perfect!

The condo was clean and well maintained!

I loved the shower at the condo! Plenty of hot water! The patio was also very nice with a great view of the ocean! The only downside was the extremely long waits for the elevators being that the condo is on the 11th floor. The pools were nice and the beach is gorgeous! If renting this condo a suggestion that I have is to buy a portable wagon the get your beach items/ groceries, etc. to the condo with ease!

Usually there are plenty of carts to haul all your items to the condo and apologize if you had to wait for a cart as well. Wonderful getaway location

We loved our stay at the Regency Towers! Everyone was so nice, the condo was everything we hoped for and more! Updated bathrooms were very nice and the windows on the porch was nice to be able to sit and watch the rain. There is always something fun going on each night at the towers and the beach chairs were awesome! We were amazed on how clean the beach was. Only two things that were negative is that I think the bed is needing to be replaced, it was rather worn out. It would have been nice to have a secured network connection as the internet was really slow with the entire complex using it. But those are the only things we thought could be better - nothing that kept us from having an awesome time. So much we are already considering making our reservations for next year!!!!

Traffic is awful in PCB. Schooners down the beach was fun. Loved karaoke at the condo. Beach was nice

Condo was great! Clean, well stocked, AMAZING view!

We loved this condo.

Pros: well decorated, clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom, nice framed notes left around condo to explain things, great tv with a lot of channels, the most AMAZING view we've ever had, sliding doors on the outside of the balcony to prevent our children from falling off the 11th floor balcony (these were such a relief), gorgeous white sand, beach service was absolutely perfect, owners were a delight to work with.

Cons: the bed really needs replacing, the sliding glass doors don't lock which we felt was a safety hazard for our kiddos.

We also felt like Panama City was a bit rowdy for us and prefer more family friendly areas we've decided but that's obviously no reflection on the condo. And I will say there were plenty of nice families there but many of them smoked and drank quite a bit.

Overall we loved this gorgeous condo and would love to go back and stay again perhaps during the fall when it will hopefully be more famliy oriented. We still had a great time even though there were some things I would've preferred my children didn't see. Again-this is no reflection on the condo and from what we were told, the mayor and city officials are really working on cleaning Panama City up!

Oh and the owners were so pleasant and such a dream to work with. They answered every question promptly and kindly. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your 5 Star rating and all the wonderful things you said about our beautiful beach front condominium. We will address the bed situation and as far as the sliding glass doors we will be replacing the parts that enable the sliding glass doors to securely lock. Sometimes when guests open the doors the wrong way or too forceful the part that enables the doors to lock will break. These doors are almost impossible to open by young children but we are taking care of this immediately for safety concerns. What people do outside of our condo is out of our control however the complex security and staff personnel have always taken steps to address any guests who are disturbing others. We certainly hope you will return again!

Captain Anderson's, ranked among America's Top 50 Restaurants, has been a family favorite for decades. We also recommend Schooner's, "The Last Local Beach Club," a casual, fun restaurant and pub.

Charter boat trips, tours to Shell Island, deep sea fishing excursions, dolphin encounters, eco tours, banana boats and pontoons are all available right in the "neighborhood."

Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks Activity Center are only a short drive. St. Andrews State Park has many recreational amenities - don't forget your sunscreen!
