About this property

The home is very spacious, it has a tropical feel to it. It has a big kitchen where one can prepare a meal if one so desires. The sitting area is mutual to sit back, rest and watch television. There is a big enough back yard to relax and read a book. We are surrounded by trails. It is 10min. walking distance to Clifton Hill with all the many attractions, casinos and eateries. Clifton Hill surrounds the Niagara Falls. After you have visited the FALLS feeling exhausted, it is time to sleep. At this point our bedrooms provide a peaceful night of slumber.
This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.

Feels like home.

Nice and clean and has everything you need, I don’t really white reviews, but this time I would qualify this as a nice apartment, a year ago I was trying to rent an apartment to this app and is not that easy, there are many requirements, so I didn’t.

Small, cozy, close to falls

We stayed in July for a couple of days and everything was as advertised. Pros: The place was clean when we arrived, well equipped and stocked with supplies like towels etc. Kitchen and bathroom looks like it was updated recently It is a solid 20-30 min walk to the falls or a 5-10 min drive. Good location. Cons: Only one car driveway. I think u can do street parking but not sure if a permit is needed so check upfront The wifi!! It worked the first day and then was spotty at best. The location is a cell phone dead zone so we literally had no cell service or connection while we were there. In full disclosure i never brought it up with the owners as we were there for a couple of days only and were mostly out during the day but if u have kids and want to use devices or watch movies to entertain them this might be an issue. Overall pleased with the property and Garvin was very responsive. Everything was smooth. I recommend this if u r a family of 4 and want to be close to falls and want more room than an expensive hotel room in the area!!

Nice but needs further improvements

I want to be fair and note my stay was prefaced by a very stressful day at a funeral located over 2 hours away...I am used to communicating with rental owners who have excellent response times and address all questions asked. This owner did not respond the day before until more than 11 hours later. I was distraught and in mourning and had questions about which exact property was the one I rented. I took a picture from Google maps and asked to verify if I was correct and also asked about the lock code. While I was expecting the lock code sometime that day, it did not reach me until later that night causing me great worry so I called vrbo to help me ensure a response from the owner. We ended up circling the neighborhood as the GPS and instructions given were not spot on. Finally found it and joined the rest of our group. The listing photos aren't the best. There is no sectional in the living room. It has been removed. There are 4 beds pictured but only 3 beds in the space. The ventilation in the kitchen hasn't been installed yet but there is evidence this is being worked on so that is good. As the house is very old all of the doors are very loud to close especially the bathroom which needs great force to close/lock. There was one steak knife to share among 5 adults. The fan in the living room was great but fans are needed in the bedrooms and kitchen. The place was uncomfortably hot as the weather was warm in october. The driveway is extremely small so if you have a truck consider parking on the street as we skillfully parked in the droveway barely avoiding the garden bed. Onto the positives: The appliances and furnishings are new. The kitchen was well stocked with drinks. There was ample towels. The extra linens were great as one adult needed to sleep on the couch when we realized the same bed was pictured twice. The walk to the falls is accurately described in the listing. The area was quietly tucked into a subdivision so noise levels are great for sleeping. Beds are comfortable and added touches of toiletries were appreciated. With some improvements I would stay again for sure. Thank you.

A beautiful spacious property that met our cleanliness expectations. A short walk to all the activities Niagara Falls had to offer. Great place to stay!
