A New Orleans Location like no other, the elegant NOLA Luxury Rental, located in the heart of French Quarters. 24 Hour Security and other Great amenities. No Car needed, this property is a Block away from Canal & Bourbon. Walking distance to all main attractions New Orleans has to offer. Sofa also turns into a sleeper just in case you have additional guests.

Comfortable and Ideally Located

This condo is very comfortable and quiet. Modern appointments and a nice, firm bed meant we enjoyed coming "home" to unwind and then slept like babies. The property manager (Tom) as well as building security staff are very professional, friendly and go out of their make to make you feel warmly welcomed. The only thing missing was a coffee maker, but the coffee shop within the building or Starbucks just two blocks away on Canal and St. Charles proved to be convenient solutions.

The condo location is also ideal, being close to the French Quarter but not IN the French Quarter chaos. There's a convenience store across the street and it's within walking distance to everything CBD, Warehouse District and the French Quarter. It's also great to have a washer/dryer in-unit so you can pack light and do a load of laundry, if necessary.

We certainly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again in the near future. This is certainly our go-to accommodation if it's available next time we get back to New Orleans!

Great location

Thanks for the great rental. Nice updated remodel to an older building. The apartment was just what we expected as the photos reflected. Although we didn't use the fitness center, the swimming pool or the additional washer/dryers, it was good knowing that they were there.

Perfect location, so close to everything. The streetcars, minimart, Walgreen's, CVS Pharmacy, French Quarter, and Bourbon St. being one block away was close but not too close. The apartment was quiet. Your recommendation for transportation from the airport was ideal. Keith even gave us a brief tour with tips on exploring the city. The $3.99 early bird breakfast and 2fer Bloody Mary's just around the corner was a nice bonus.

We spent several days exploring on foot so it was nice knowing we didn't have to do any stairs, (thanks to the elevators).

We also appreciated you checking in on us to see if everything was okay.

Perfect for a weekend on Bourbon!

Me and my significant other stayed here for our anniversary. This was my first time in New Orleans (but he has family here) and I had a great time! Our condo wasn't even a 5 minute walk from Bourbon, perfect location near Canal Street. We had a parking garage very close and didn't have to touch our car until we left. The condo was incredibly clean and welcoming. We walked into music playing and the owner had even left some small bathroom supplies, which came in handy since my blonde-haired self forgot almost everything! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!!

Feels like your living in luxury and is 100% better than the pictures also. So if you think the pictures are good the place in person is overwhelming. You have be quiet because others stay there but other than that it was awesome. Bellman are very friendly and the our host was awesome and very communicative! I WILL BE BACK!!!!
