3 BR/2 BA single family home on 1/3 acre wooded lot with space to park your trailered boat. 1/2 mile easy access to Port Orange boat ramp. 1 mile to drive-on beach ramp. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, local and Orlando attractions. Home is fully furnished with a well-appointed kitchen including dishwasher, ice maker and bar area. The master features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Home has a large sunken family room with 42" TV, cable and high-speed Internet. Enjoy outdoor dining on a large breezy screen porch shaded by historic oak trees. Inside laundry. All linens and towels are furnished. There is a separate double gate with space to park a trailered boat up to 26' in length next the house. Fishing charters can be arranged. Short-term dock space can also be arranged with local marina.

About Property Manager/Owner

We have lived in our neighborhood next door to this house for 25 years. We had the opportunity to purchase it in 2011 and remodeled it as a vacation rental.We enjoy meeting the people we are renting to! We settled in Port Orange in 1990. Our children grew up here and both of us are high school teachers. We do a lot of boating and fishing and love living close to the river and beach.

Excellent home and hosts!

Very nice home and accommodations for my wife and I with a large fenced yard for our two dogs. Excellent location 5 minutes to a great drive-on beach, and centrally located for Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach and Orlando. Owners live next door and are very accommodating. We enjoyed this booking so much we will be renting it again next year.

Comfortable ranch house, close to everything!

We stayed at this Port Orange ranch for 5 weeks and loved the location. It was in a small neighborhood off a main road and we were close to stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach and Route 95.

The owners were there to hand us the keys when we arrived. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pans we needed.

On warm days we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch to read . The property was well maintained but there were a couple of things that came up that needed

attention and the owners took care of the issues as quickly.There are railroad tracks nearby and the trains do go by at odd hours - it didn't really bother us much but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs.
