Can't imagine a better Portland stay

This apartment is very nice - basement in an older home in the perfect neighborhood for a Portland visit.

It has a beautiful remodeled bathroom as well as a remodeled kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Just steps away from nice restaurants and bars and the streetcar to take you downtown and beyond. I want to live in the apartment.

Wonderful Location in the Northwest

This property is very well located near NW 23rd Avenue and all its amenities. We walked or took public transportation everywhere, and it worked out great. At first, we were a little unsure of the basement location because you go around back of the building and through an unfinished space to get to the unit, but any initial uncertainty was overcome by the coziness of the unit. Also, it was nice and cool inside even though it was hot outside. So, we definitely would rent this unit again if we were back in Portland.

Perfect location and big apartment

Owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond. She was easily able to accommodate us when our plane came in very late at night. It's a basement apartment so it's nice and cool even when it's ninety degrees outside. The rooms are HUGE and she has every amenity that you could want. Shower and the rest of the bathroom look newly remodeled with infloor heating which really helps you to avoid cold feet in the morning. It is located about a one minute walk to 23Dr street which is lined with shops and fantastic restautmrants and one to two blocks from public transportation which was important to us because we didn't want to rent a car. We were very impressed and cannot wait to visit and stay here again!

Quiet, perfect location

Thank you for letting us rent your spacious and comfortable basement apt. We had a wonderful first time visit to Portland. The location was perfect and we just loved the neighborhood. Many restaurants to choose from, groceries a hop and skip away (especially loved Zupan's market), and an easy walk to downtown and other attractions. We were surprised at how quiet it was, never heard any street noise. The apt is stocked with everything needed and we enjoyed being able to eat breakfast in every morning. Absolutely fabulous bathroom! My one tiny suggestion would be to have a small table or nightstand on the other side of the bed. Thanks again and we look forward to a return trip to Portland!

Fabulous location and incredibly comfortable!

This VRBO was in a fabulous location! Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The decor was amazing and it was SO cozy and comfortable. I had a hard time leaving. Will definitely consider it again!
