Two bedroom 2 bath. Close to beach and everything else

When you visit Panama City Beach, you can enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches and play in the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are so many places to stay, but we want this one to feel like home. Everything in this rental is NEW!!! From the floors to the ceiling, everything has been replaced. Bedroom one has a new queen bed, dresser and large walk-in closet while bedroom two has a new full/twin bunk bed and a closet big enough to keep all your things. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a new flat screen tv. Out back, you will find a large private deck with new outdoor furniture, a gas grill with free bottle of propane included. Also, a new outdoor bathroom with full tile shower, tile floor, pedestal sink and toilet.

Some like to be in the center of the action while others enjoy a more peaceful setting. If you can believe it, this place has both. The house is quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep, but close to so many places/things to do and see. Less than 10 minute walk to many restaurants and bars including: Captain Jack's Seafood Buffet, Hognose Snapper, Dat Cajun Place, Foghorn's, Ms. Newby's, Liza's Kitchen, Waffle House, Saltlick Tavern and more. Spinnaker's and Club La Vela are less than a mile away, as are Wendy's, Subway, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, Hammerhead Freds and other great places to visit. We are a few minute walk from Rick Seltzer Park and a short drive to St. Andrews State Park and Captain Anderson's Seafood Restaurant. Within a few minutes drive, you can be at Pier Park which has fantastic shopping, restaurants, bars and a pier to walk along or go fishing. This rental is near several boat launches and rental boats are available nearby.

Great place and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! This was our second time staying at this beach house and we loved it just as much as the first time we stayed. Location is great- very close to the beach, as well as many different restaurants. We are always impressed with the cleanliness of the property and think the outdoor bathroom is very convenient- especially coming in from a long day at the beach. The owner, David, lives above the property and was very helpful by giving us recommendations on what to do in the area, as well as which resturants to try. We will continue to keep coming back!

Great Spot! We really enjoyed our stay!

So this 2br/2ba is in a great location. In walking distance to public beach access and lots of public parking so if you have a load that you don't want to walk to the beach with there is parking super close. This is a basement rental. The owner lives upstairs but it is very well separat with its own drive way, front entrance and its own access from the front to the back where there is a full bathroom separate from the full bath inside which was convenient for coming in from the beach and not tracking lots of sand through the house. There is also I nice deck with a table, chairs, umbrella and grill. The owner had a separate outdoor area at the front right side of the house and the two driveways are seperated by a median with 4 or 5 palm trees. There didn't seem to be a lot of traffic on sunset ave for families with kids that like to ride bikes, and there is a gas station located a block away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Not to bash the place but for others to know and for the owner to hopefully adjust, there is no center support to the Queen bed so my husband and I rolled right to the center every night. Good thing we like to snuggle anyway. We were just waiting for the boxspring to fall through the frame but we survived. The TV has all of like 10 channels but there is very good wifi so you would be set if you bring an Xbox or some sort to watch netflix. There are no sheet pans in the kitchen and the pans suck!

We met the owner personally and he was a great guy with tons of information on the area and even emailed us a list of good places to eat. He was quick to answer all my crazy questions and very helpful!

Relaxing and Clean

It was very nice and clean. I loved the outdoor bathroom. It really helped with keeping the sand outside. David was very nice and helpful. It was very close to the beach, literally just across the street. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to be close to the beach and wanting a nice host who is close by incase you have any questions.

Nice location close to the beach!!

My family and I spent the July 4th week here and really enjoyed our time. David, the owner, was great and a lot of help by offering advice on places to eat! The condo was nice and the decor was perfect for the beach atmosphere. The location was close to plenty of things to do, especially being close to the beach! We were able to walk down to the beach on several occasions, even taking some night strolls down there to look for stingrays (I think that's what they were). The bathroom outside was a nice getaway too! The only reason I'm not rating this a 5 star experience is because we did have to provide our own beach chairs, towels and there was no laundry on site. We had 7 people in our group so we did have to make a laundry run, which wasn't a bad experience, but it would've been nice to have something on site. None of these things would prevent me from staying here again, I'm just trying to offer a fair assessment on our stay on the very few things that we noticed. Overall we had a great stay and really appreciate David allowing us to stay! Thanks David!

Great Property near beach and activities

As someone who usually frequents nicer hotels for stays, I decided to take a chance and book this property. It was conveniently located nearby plenty of activities and beaches in the area. The property itself has been meticulously designed - the woodworking and detail in the back patio and outside bathroom was impressive and added a nice feel and ambiance to our trip. The house seemed much larger than expected from the pictures provided here on the site and it was a comfortable home for us during our stay in Florida. The owner David was very cordial and helpful, providing for tips on things to do and places to see for me and my family. Highly recommended.
