About this property

Castions is a three-bedroom, fully self-contained townhouse in downtown Lennox Head, situated only one block back from Seven Mile Beach. This homes main entrance is in Cliff Murray Lane directly behind its street address and it has ocean glimpses from the upstairs bedroom balcony.

It is an easy stroll to Lake Ainsworth, the beach, kids playgrounds, the local skate park and a great variety of restaurants and cafes in downtown Lennox Head.

Castions is older in style, including original bathroom and kitchen. It is casual and comfortable with a great location.

When you enter Castions you will find yourself in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Also, downstairs is a toilet and laundry leading out to a paved, secure and sheltered courtyard with a BBQ and table and chairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, sleeping six with the main bedroom having a queen bed and the second bedroom containing a double and the third room equipped with two singles. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet upstairs.

Castions has an air conditioning system in the living/dining area and ceiling or wall fans in the bedrooms. You can also open the doors and windows to catch the sea breeze.

Not happy

Air con didn’t work and upstairs terrace unusable after my sons foot went through the rotten floorboards. If you want to hang any clothes take your own hangers or buy from iga like I had to. Good position but cheap for a reason. Beware
