About this property

Welcome to the "Loomis Log Cabin".
We are located at the base of the Sierra Foothills, on a quiet, private road, nestled on 9+ acres and surrounded by rolling hills with plenty of trees and lush countryside. Another great feature of our location is that we are just a hop, skip and a jump to interstate (I-80).

Guests love our close proximity to wine tasting rooms, brew houses, coffee house cafes and boutique gift shops in nearby Auburn, Loomis & Folsom.
Roseville’s Galleria mall and other major stores are within a 10 to 15 minute drive and Sacramento is located 25 miles west of us.

Our retreat-like setting is a great stop over if you’re headed from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe for entertainment and nearby ski areas. There's no need to be stuck in traffic for hours, stay a couple nights with us and hit the road in the morning to avoid traffic...

This property is well maintained, easy to get to, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with excellent equipment for cooking, plenty of space for a family to stay and relax.

Absolutely wonderful property!

Our group was two couples in town for a wedding. The cabin was perfect and the property is beautiful. Cindy answered all my questions prior to arrival so quickly and came by when we arrived to show us everything in detail (down to how to different remotes for the lights work). So friendly and really made us feel like we were staying at a good friend's house or something! One concern I always have when a home is "cabin decor" is dust. There is just so much stuff that it's usually really hard to clean. We honestly didn't find a single spot that was dusty. Everything was so clean (which was extra comforting during COVID) and you could tell they didn't just rush one guest out and the next in with a quick wipe down. We would definitely stay here again even if we were in the area, and highly recommend to anyone who is unsure!

Christmas getaway

Fun, country and cozy. I was stressed because I wanted to get there early and decorate for Christmas for the kids and had little or available resources. Walked in the front door and was greeted by a beautiful tall lit up Christmas tree and country holiday decor everywhere you looked ! Thank you Soldano Family !
