Very affordable option to a hotel. Nice place with a great pool. Chelsea was always very quick with any questions I had. Some were flying into Florida and some driving so arrivals times were not definite, but we were given great options to our arrival. She was also right on top of a problem we thought we had, but didn’t. Thank you and looking forward to working you again.
Clean, close to everything, exactly what as described. Check in /out was easy. Near the airport so you do get some plane noise but enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the planes come in. Pool was cool (not heated) but basically private as we only saw 2-3 other couples using it during our 9 day stay, plenty of loungers. It’s a second floor location (no elevator) so be aware if you have mobility issues. Would definitely rent again !!
Nice unit, great pool area, great area
Very nice stay. Unit is nice and has everything you could possibly need and more. Pool area is very nice. Very quite complex. Everything in area. Shopping, food everything. Will definitely rent again
Condo is quiet and close to shopping.Area attractions such as the Flamingo Gardens,Everglades,Fort Lauderdale etc. are an easy drive.Unit had everything needed (including washer & dryer)to make our stay comfortable.
Chelsea's restaurant recommendations were much appreciated.

I found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the two of us and the location is perfect. You are in driving distance to any southern Florida sites. The other aspect of the location was how quiet it was in the condo. I would gladly stay here again in the future trips to the area. The owner was also very helpful and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week.
Not worth the money
The area is decent. The condo had the smell of old dampness. We had an issue with the AC Obviously the owners are not close by I don’t now but thank goodness for HomeAway I went to nights with no sleep and the final night I had it and had to call HomeAway. The owner wanted us to open the windows but there were no screens The owner should have done the right thing and had the emergency AC people come out I had to go to work and didn’t have time to wait on the AC people The situation was unfortunate and was handled very unprofessional
We are very sorry when we have a disappointed guest. This guest did not facilitate our efforts to provide support for the aforementioned problem and simply was unhappy with additional suggestions to alleviate the matter while we sent help. The guest also reached out to HomeAway to file a complaint, and after reviewing the case, HomeAway promptly dropped it as the guest's complaint could not be justified and was unmerited.
Based on additional reviews of this property as well as our other listing, we can reassure future guests that guest's questions and concerns are always handled in a timely and efficient manner, and happy guests are what we strive for. In understanding that we are sharing our private home, we only ask for a willingness to be reasonable in the rare, but sometimes unavoidable cases, where we may encounter a problem.
